By what is said in the pages linked below, it seems fairly common for school shooters and mass shooters to "hear voices". They hear voices in their head which drive them onward in their killing, plus even tell them how to carry out their diabolical deed. Some shooters who have survived their killing spree say that the voices in their head made them do their heinous act. And, for a number of mass shooters, a sudden change occurred in their nature in the period just before their shooting spree started.

When it comes to shooters who have heard voices, it should be noted in the page linked here and below, that Robert Card, the October 2023 mass shooter of Maine, had even received psychiatric care in the summer of 2023 because of voices which he had started hearing in early 2023. Well, it appears that there may be more to this story and what actually caused him to start hearing voices. This particular issue shall be considered in more detail a little later in this presentation.

Now, the page linked here and by the last button in the cluster above, speaks about Michael Carneal who, in 1997, killed three fellow students at the school he was attending. And, prior to doing his heinous deed, he spoke about hearing voices. And, there is more to his story. More than 25 years after he did his diabolical deed, he is still hearing voices. At this point, there is reason to suspect that two completely different avenues were used which caused Robert Card and Michael Carneal to start hearing voices.

The pages linked below note that Robert Card, the Maine shooting suspect, began hearing voices saying bad things about him, AFTER he had gotten new hearing aids. Once he got these hearing aids, his mental health began to rapidly deteriorate. Because of the erratic behavior which Card began to display, his family warned authorities about the situation. Note that prior to getting the new hearing aids, according to what Card's sister-in-law said, Robert was the "most loving, hardworking, and kind person" that she knew.

When it comes to Robert Card's sister-in-law, the page states: "Robert recently began wearing powerful hearing aids due to his hearing issues, she said, and since then he's been insisting that he can hear people mocking him at both the bowling alley and bar." So, at the two places which Robert Card shot up and killed people, with his new hearing aids, he was hearing people mocking him. So, what was actually happening here? Furthermore, why was there a rather rapid and very drastic change in Robert Card?

There is something to note within the page linked here, plus within some of the pages linked above. After Robert Card got his new high-powered hearing aids, there was something which quickly changed in him and he began to make threats even against his Army reserve unit. Because of the way Robert Card began to act, he ended up receiving inpatient psychiatric care in the summer of 2023. Because it was an inpatient psychiatric facility, Card was able to check himself out after a couple of weeks of treatment.

Prior to the rapid change which began to happen to Robert Card in recent times, he had not had any mental health issues. Within the page linked here, it states: "Katie Card said her brother-in-law is a 'wonderful person' and a great father to his son, who just graduated from high school." That is how things were before Card started wearing the "special", high-powered hearing aids. So, what was going on with these special hearing aids? Could they have been tied to illegal mind-control experimentation?

Now, the page linked below comes right out and indicates that some type of mind-control may have been linked to the special hearing aids which Robert Card received. So, was "someone" illegally or criminally messing with Card's mind through these hearing aids, which ultimately drove him crazy? Looking into the linked page, it states: "The U.S. government publicly admitted as far back as 1974 to using devices that are capable of transmitting 'intrusive thoughts' directly into people's skulls."

The page linked above speaks of a webpage which the Army had which spoke about "Voice-to-Skull" weapons. The page was formerly accessible via the internet, but then it was removed. Regarding this, the page states: "The U.K.-based group Christians Against Mental Slavery first noted the change (they also have a permanent screenshot of the page). A representative of the group tells me they contacted the Webmaster, who would only tell them the entry was 'permanently removed.'" Why was it removed?

The first page linked below notes the phenomenon which is spoken about in the pages linked in the first section (1) of this presentation. Yes, a number of mass shooters claim to have heard voices prior to the time when they committed their murderous acts. Well, there may be more to this story. And then, the second linked page speaks about perpetrators of mass shootings feeling in some way mind-controlled, some believing that they have even been mind-controlled by certain government entities.

The third linked page speaks about the mass shooter named Stephen Paddock, who, in 2017, opened fire on a large crowd of Las Vegas concertgoers. During his shooting spree, Paddock killed 60 people (1), plus wounded many more. Once he was done shooting at others, he then killed himself (1). Well, since Paddock is dead, there is really no way of proving exactly what caused him to shoot all those people. All we have to go on is certain things which Paddock said to others.

The third page, from 2017, asks: "Is Las Vegas Shooter Stephen Paddock a Deep State Manchurian Candidate?" Now, the writer of the linked page may be irate and sound like they're a bit "off the deep end", but there may possibly be some tidbits of information to consider more closely. It claims that "50 years ago, we did not have mass shooters. 25 years ago, we did not have mass shooters." And, it is true that not all that long ago, there was not the mass-shooting epidemic which we now have.

Since before the United States became a nation, people commonly had guns. It was common for most adult U.S. citizens to have one or more guns. There were lots of guns. People walked around or rode around with guns strapped on their belt or slung over their shoulder. But, there was not an epidemic of mass shootings. So guns, even machine guns, are not the true root of the problem. It is a problem within people. So, what has changed in people that has caused them to now go out and just start shooting people?

Well, there are some major changes which have happened within the United States since the mid 1900s. In earlier days, most U.S. citizens believed in those principles found in the Holy Bible. They believed that people were created in the image of God, therefore they believed in the sanctity (1) of life. But now, a large percentage of U.S. citizens have cast God away. They do not believe in the sanctity of life. They commonly murder even innocent babies and feel that they are doing nothing wrong. They have no conscience left.

When people ignore or have deadened their God-given conscience, they have much less natural restraint, especially when it comes to things like beating someone else to a "bloody pulp" or even killing them. When their God-given conscience is no longer functioning, people have no problem with mass-murdering the unborn babies. And, if they will kill babies, they most likely will not have a genuine problem with killing others...especially when the opportunity arises and they are instigated in a certain way.

Since we shall next consider things which have been going on within the U.S. "government" for quite some time, there is something to make very clear. There is the authentic U.S. government which is clearly defined in the U.S. Constitution (1)(2) and in the writings of the Founding Fathers of this country. And then, there is the non-authentic or un-Constitutional, criminal and treasonous "government" (1)(2) in the United States which citizens have been living under for quite some time...really, for generations...since the earlier 1900s.

Now, the legitimate Constitutional (1) government of the United States, which was originally set up by the rather wise Founding Fathers, was actually a very good thing. But then, along came some rather nasty and vile, foreign-controlled corrupters which began to work toward making a real mess of the United States, so they could eventually enslave its citizens. These foreign-controlled corrupters are spoken about at various points within a large page linked here, which page is titled Why Was President Kennedy Assassinated?.

The foreign-controlled corrupters multiplied in the United States and began to get themselves embedded in key and controlling positions in the U.S. government. They also became embedded in the "intelligence and security community", the U.S. military and in various law enforcement agencies across the country. And, all of these corrupters began slyly working together (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(8)(9) to create an illegal and treasonous, parallel "government"(1)(2) which was operating within the framework of the legitimate U.S. government.

The foreign-controlled corrupters and their manipulated "tools and puppets" have been taking more and more control over things in the United States, as they corrupt both Federal and State governments. They are also working in devious ways to disarm and ultimately enslave the genuine citizens of the authentic United States for the corrupters' foreign masters. It is a segment of those corrupters and their "tools" which have criminally been messing with the minds of legitimate citizens of the authentic United States.

Let us begin to look more closely at the mind-control allegation (1) made by some mass shooters. Now, for those new to mind control, check out the information in the pages linked below. And, there is even more to the mind-control story, which this presentation shall consider later. Unfortunately, it appears that there are those in government positions who have a history of causing certain people to kill other people. Then their cohorts in government can work to change laws and disarm U.S. citizens. More about this issue in a bit.

Within the pages linked below, it speaks about those in government positions who have been using things like hypnosis and various drugs in order to take control of the minds of their victims. Yes, those in the CIA and other agencies have a history of brainwashing and reprogramming their unfortunate victims. And, these criminal mind-control experiments also appear to have taken place at certain U.S. universities. It appears that most of this activity was linked to the CIA's MK-Ultra program, plus other associated programs.

Now, within some of the pages linked above, it states that the CIA's MK-Ultra mind control programs ended in the early 1970s. Well, there is reason to not believe them when they make this claim, because those in the CIA (or in that group which they also call "Catholics In Action") have a history of lying to the general public, plus also to Congress. And, it appears to be those associated with the papal crowd who have been working to hijack control of the United States, so they can disarm and enslave its citizens.

The page linked by the button below asks an important question: "Can our government put voices in our heads?" Within the page is a link which was supposed to go to U.S. Patent Number US4877027A. Well, the link doesn't work. So, this link goes to a page with information about the patent. The "Abstract" for the patent states: "Sound is induced in the head of a person by radiating the head with microwaves in the range of 100 megahertz to 10,000 megahertz that are modulated with a particular waveform."

It should be noted that U.S. Patent Number US4877027A was from 1988, which means that in 2023, that patent is now 35 years old. So, what has actually been accomplished with this type of technology in the meantime? How might this technology have advanced into something possibly more sinister...which could be used for nefarious purposes...like possibly even causing people to do mass shootings, with a specific agenda in mind? Well, before we get too far off track, let us again look into the page linked below.

The page asks the following question: "Is this an agenda to disarm America and our kids are the patsies and victims?" Now, why would someone want to manipulate the public and kill people, so they could work to get the citizens of the United States disarmed? In relation to this, there is the following quote which allegedly came from President John F. Kennedy, whom "they" brutally assassinated in 1963 (1): "There's a plot in this country to enslave every man, woman and child." More about this plot to enslave, later.

Looking further into the linked page, it speaks about a special system which the U.S. government has, or which a certain group within government has, which is described as the "Voice of Allah". This system is for use in projecting voice messages, from a distance, into a single follower of Islam who is within a group of insurgent Muslims. Well, a person can just imagine what would happen to a group of Muslim insurgents if such a device was used on them. And, this type of system could be used for good or bad purposes.

For information about the "Voice of Allah" --- also known as "The Voice of God" or Voice-to-Skull --- check out the pages linked below. Now, those who have hijacked control of our world would likely deny that they have such a thing as the "Voice of Allah" device. But again, history shows that those in control have a nasty habit of brazenly lying (1)(2)(3) to the general public. Unfortunately, that seems to be the nature of this crowd that is on its way to hell (1)(2). Now, the pages linked below also include related technologies.

At this point, there is something very important which needs to be said. In some of the pages linked above, people are talking about the U.S. government, or the U.S. military, or the CIA, etc., putting voices in their head or mind-controlling them. Again, it is not our legitimate government or its agencies doing these vile and illegal, or potentially treasonous things to U.S. citizens. It is a certain foreign-controlled segment which is embedded within the U.S. government and its agencies which is doing these things to U.S. citizens.

The criminal and treasonous, foreign-controlled segment embedded within the U.S. government and its agencies is spoken about more fully at various places within a page linked here, which page is titled Why Was President Kennedy Assassinated?. There is an extensive history to this criminal crowd which goes back hundreds of years, as they have worked to take control of the United States, plus disarm and enslave its citizens for their foreign bosses. Yes, President Kennedy knew what he was talking about (1).

Now, the page linked below insinuates that "the US military, the CIA, and State Department" may be "the actual perpetrators" of this mind-control type of activity. And again, as spoken about in the two paragraphs above, it is not the legitimate U.S. government or its agencies doing these vile and illegal things. It appears that it is that foreign-controlled crowd that has hijacked control of our government and its agencies, plus control of other institutions and industries within the United States, that is doing these things.

When it comes to this illegal and criminal mind-control activity, the page linked below states: "The time for denial is gone and it is time to launch an investigation." Unfortunately, the foreign-controlled crowd has spent decades getting its people into key positions of power and control within the U.S. government and its agencies, so it appears that there is no longer a chance of an authentic and honest investigation ever happening. And yes, they are now working hard to get U.S. citizens disarmed...for enslavement purposes.

The page linked above notes that the vile microwave technology "can also be used as a remote, untraceable torture instrument and lethal weapon. By interacting with the brain, the operators can transmit inexplicable sounds, voices, images, smells and tastes, and cause numerous pains and sensations throughout the body." So again, this technology is used for producing "inexplicable sounds" and "voices" within the heads of targeted individuals. And, the voices can drive people crazy, while instructing them to kill people.
