OUR  POINT  IN  HISTORY


We live in a very confusing time. There are laws "on the books" which say one thing about how things are to be done, and then there are other laws that say things are to be done possibly in a total different way. Yes, there are utterly conflicting laws on the books, so it can be kind of like a jungle which is: "Damned if you do, damned if you don't!" How the laws are actually applied seems to be at the whims of the powers-that-be and depends on who are their buddies and who are not, plus what they are trying to do in relation to a particular individual or group.

To make things into even more of a confused mess, there are numerous unconstitutional laws on the books ... and, as a result, it appears that the common people have simply become beaten-down slaves which go along with the whole, unconstitutional mess. Is this the way the Founding Fathers meant it to be in the United States of America? (1)(2)(3)

Many people truly don't want to be bothered with knowing what is happening around them in our country and simply go along with the crowd. They feel that there is peace and safety by simply being one of the herd. They find that life is so much easier and they are more popular if they are just one of the crowd. Anyway, it appears they reason, it's the ones who are at the fringe of the herd who have all the problems, right? So, the majority of people in the United States are simply driven along in "the middle of the pack," oblivious to their future and the future of those they love.



INTENT  OF  THE  FOUNDING  FATHERS


How many U.S. citizens of today have actually read and clearly understand the Constitution of the United States of America and its purpose? How many have actually read the Declaration of Independence, upon which thought the Constitution of the United States is based? How many U.S. citizens of today have actually read the writings of the Founding Fathers of this great nation, to see what their vision was for this country, so you can even understand what the Constitution and this country is supposed to be all about?

How many schools of today actually have their students study, in-depth, the writings of the Founding Fathers in order to come to a true understanding of that great Republican form of government which the Founding Fathers raised up, which Republican Form of Government is mandated and guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States? How many have actually studied the Constitution of the United States of America, along with the writings of the Founding Fathers, so they can come to a true and accurate understanding of the meaning, purpose and intent of that very important document?

A page, linked here, is titled 'What did the Founding Fathers want for America?' The page begins with the following words: "If more Americans pondered this simple question they would have a more clear understanding of why those brave men who came before us risked their blood, treasure and sacred honor to create the greatest nation on Earth." The page also states: "The Founding Fathers were a revolutionary group, diverse in their professions and yet unified in their goal: American liberty." American liberty for whom? Yes, liberty for the individual citizens and for all authentic citizens of this country.

These wise Founding Fathers understood clearly that: "Rights come from Nature's God and it was time for men to rise up to secure these rights at any cost because it was the right thing to do." And after they had done "the right thing," they worked hard to produce an excellent Constitution --- about the best that humanity has ever produced. Their intent was that this Constitution would help to steer the nation and its very defined government in the right direction, in order to help protect the authentic, unalienable God-given rights of each and every individual.

On another matter, which does relate to the Constitution of the United States of America, the page linked above also declares: "The most common lie told is when a modern politician puts his hand on that Holy Book and swears to uphold and defend the United States Constitution." Unfortunately, it appears that even the greater share of our judges, law officers and military personnel are also party to this most common lie. This lie appears to be so common, and has become such a formality, that people do not even consider what they are doing. What is worst is that many simply do not care. In essence, they to not care about the United States.

The page linked above goes on to state: "If Americans truly want the Republic that their forefathers bled for, they must educate themselves on what the Founding Fathers wanted for America and fight to restore that vision through strict adherence and respect for the Constitution." Yes, Americans must educate themselves on what this country is truly supposed to be about, because it appears that you will not be taught this important information in the formal halls of education which we find today.



CONSIDERING  "THE  MOST  COMMON  LIE"


The preceding section speaks about "the most common lie." And what is that most common lie? Once again, the answer: It is "when a modern politician puts his hand on that Holy Book and swears to uphold and defend the United States Constitution." And again, it also appears to happen in the majority of cases when an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States is sworn to by judges, law officers and military personnel, plus many others who hold positions of public trust. And exactly what is it that people are swearing to, in the oaths of office which they have made?



OATHS  OF  OFFICE


Below are examples of oaths which are commonly taken by people in positions of public trust. Immediately below is the most common oath made upon enlistment in the military. The oath declares:

"I, ____________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." (link)

The following is a common oath for Army officers. The oaths for officers of other branches of the military are similar.

"I, ____________ (SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of ____________ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God." (link)

Immediately below is the current Oath of Office for Senators and Representatives in the United States.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God." (1)(2)

Below is the Oath of Office for Federal Civil Service Employees.

"I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God." (link)

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Oath is presented below. This is their oath, even though it appears that they have often violated this oath.

"I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God." (link)

The declared Oath of Office for members of the National Security Agency (NSA) is presented below. It is of note that, even though they take the following oath, it appears that they may be at war with the intents and purpose of the Constitution. Now, the Oath:

"I, [state your name], do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter. So help me God."(1)(2)

And then, there is the other NSA oath, linked here, which in practice, appears to allow them to illegally supercede or override their oath to the Constitution of the United States, which potentially could place them into the position of domestic enemies of the Constitution of the United States.

Below is the Oath of Office for Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents, performed as part of their official graduation ceremony after their academy training.

"I [name] do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God." (link)

Found on the fbi.gov page, linked above, are the following words: "Similar types of ceremonies are conducted in every state, by every law enforcement agency, for every officer across the country. And, each officer promises to do one fundamentally important thing --- support and defend the Constitution of the United States."

On the FBI page linked above, Special Agent Rudd --- who is a legal instructor at the FBI Academy --- states that "...in our culture, we participate in ceremonies and follow instructions without taking the time to contemplate and understand the meaning and significance of our actions." How true these words are! And because of this --- because in practice, the Constitution and its principles are often ignored or disregarded --- there are many unnecessary problems in this country.



CONSIDERING  THE  OATHS


Once again, all of the oaths noted above, plus those for government entities of virtually all persuasions, contain one extremely important thing in common. The fbi.gov page, linked above, sums it up very well when it states: "...each officer promises to do one fundamentally important thing --- support and defend the Constitution of the United States." But, there is actually more --- something extremely important --- which is associated with this "fundamentally important thing."

Each of the Oaths, noted in the section above, states that these people "will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same..." Let us get our sights properly adjusted on this one, especially on the part about defending the Constitution "against all enemies, foreign and domestic," for it is of the highest level of importance to the existence and survival of the authentic United States.

As noted in the left-hand column of a U.S. Air Force document, linked here, when each individual takes their Oath of Office, they "are not swearing to support the President, the Country, the flag or a particular service, but rather the Constitution..." In other words, they are not swearing to defend the physical entities within Government or any of the entities within the various branches or subdivisions of government, or any of the agencies attached to it. They are swearing to support and defend just one thing, and that one thing is the Constitution of the United States.

When individuals take their Oath of Office, they are swearing to support and defend that important and treasured document produced by the Founding Fathers of this great nation, which sets and clearly defines the parameters and bounds for legitimate government. When individuals take their Oath of Office, they are swearing to support and defend those principles upon which the U.S. Constitution is based, and a number of those principles are found in another very important document which is called "The Declaration of Independence."



ORDER  OF  IMPORTANCE


There is one important thing to note in all of the oaths noted above. Supporting and defending "the Constitution of the United States" is first and foremost in each and every one of these oaths. That is because the Constitution is the highest and most important secular document in the governing of the United States. It, and laws which are truly made in pursuance (following in line with the true intent and purpose) of the U.S. Constitution, are the Supreme Law of the Land (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(8)(9)(10)(11)(12)(13)(14)(15)(16). But again, in all of the oaths taken, none of these oaths mention laws or treaties. It is the Constitution itself which is noted in the position of being most important.

There is something else which is important to note in the military oaths of office for inducted personnel. Once again, the Constitution of the United States is first and foremost. Obedience to orders of the President of the United States and obedience to orders of military officers come second and third, respectively. Why is this?

Once again, a fundamental truth becomes apparent. In the eyes of that which the Founding Fathers have written, supporting and defending the Constitution of the United States, in its true intent and purpose, is most important. It is much more important than even the President or Congress or judges or governors or the personnel of any agency. What the Constitution of the United States declares is truly above any orders of the President or military officers. And, for even the lowliest recruit, all orders of the President or military officers should truly be judged in the light of the Constitution. And why is this?



DEALING  WITH  ENEMIES  OF  THE  CONSTITUTION


Looking once again at the typical oaths, the oath-taker swears: "I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic..." So, what does this really mean? The truth is, this oath actually gives immense power to even the lowliest Private in the Army (or the lowliest Peace Officer on the street, because of their oath). In order to truly honor their Oath of Office, they have a right and a genuine duty to defend the Constitution created by the Founding Fathers of this great nation, by whatever means necessary in any given situation. So, what does all this mean in real life?

If ever there were to rise up a President who was operating outside of the Supreme Law of the Land, and who was essentially fighting against what the Constitution declares, they would be a domestic enemy of the Constitution. In such a case even the lowliest Private in the Army has a sworn duty to defend and uphold the Constitution by whatever means are necessary. The same holds true for each and every Peace Officer throughout the United States, plus anyone else who has taken an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

If a President or any members of Congress have blatantly stepped outside of the clearly defined bounds set by the Constitution of the United States and refuse to operate within the parameters of the Constitution, each and every individual who has taken an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, has a sworn duty to put an end to that President's or that Congress-person's errant ways by whatever means are necessary, given the situation. This same things holds true toward any governor or mayor who steps outside of the defined bounds set by the U.S. Constitution. And, it holds true toward any supervisor or anyone else in any agency whose members have taken the Oath of Office to the U.S. Constitution.

Now, there are absolutely no "ifs, ands, or buts" about this duty which is required of all those who have taken an Oath of Office to the Constitution of the United States. It is the duty of all who have taken these Oaths to bring under control, by whatever means necessary, those who have become or are acting like enemies of what the U.S. Constitution is about or of the principles upon which it is based. It is as simple as that. The same holds true about what is to be done about anyone else in a governmental position who should decide to operate outside of the defined parameters set by the Constitution --- which Constitution is genuinely the Supreme Law of the Land.



THE  SUPREME  LAW  OF  THE  LAND


In the United States, under the Constitution, no one, absolutely no one, is above the Supreme Law of the Land. The President is below it. Congress is below it. The judicial system is below it. The Pentagon and all military officers and personnel are below it. Anyone holding an office of public trust is below it. The Constitution, as it was wisely set up by the Founding Fathers, is Supreme in all things in all of our secular governments, which exist within the boundaries of the United States. And, the Constitution was set in place and the Government was instituted for one purpose: to protect the authentic, God-given unalienable rights of the individual.

In regards to what has been stated above, the Declaration of Independence declares that "all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. -- That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed."(1)(2)(3)

It is the sworn duty of all who have taken an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States to keep each and every public servant --- Presidents, Congress-persons, Governors and Mayors included --- in line with the Constitution. If they are out of line, rightly, there should be thousands of people ready to come swarming in on them to keep them in line with the clear parameters defined by the Constitution. If those in "positions of power" or public trust will not listen to one defending individual, then more and more patriotic U.S. citizens must come swarming in to the aid and defence of the U.S. Constitution and their God-given rights.



A  TIMELESS  DOCUMENT


There are some who are either uniformed or who are true and intentional enemies of the authentic United States which declare that the Constitution is outdated and is an unworkable relic from the past. They state that the Founding Fathers could not foresee the technology we have today, or what our life would be like. These misguided souls or actual enemies of the authentic United States commonly state that the Constitution cannot possibly relate to us. Therefore, they declare that the Constitution must be discarded or replaced. But, there is something to now say.

Do not listen to the people who want to do away with the Constitution of the United States or the principles raised up in the Declaration of Independence, for all of these people are enemies of what our country is supposed to be all about, plus they are enemies of God-given liberty. Furthermore, it is becoming more clear every day that many or virtually all of these people which are working to tear down the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence are agents or pawns of a foreign government which has declared that it will destroy the authentic United States at all cost, and then enslave every man, woman and child.

Now, back to the main point being made in this section. Within a page, linked here, are found the following words: "There is nothing outdated in the U.S. Constitution... The founders, in fact, were brilliant because they purposefully knew society would change. [But...] Free speech is free speech no matter where and in what form. Defending ourselves against tyranny is our right no matter the weaponry of the time. The U.S. Constitution is timeless, my friend."

A page, linked here, starts with the following words: "When the Founding Fathers signed the Constitution 226 years ago, they couldn't have imagined the complex, technology-driven society that our young nation would grow into. The America of 2013 faces an entirely different set of legal challenges than the America of 1789 did, but the principles of the Constitution are timeless, and that thin piece of parchment now resting in the National Archives is just as relevant today as it was in the 18th century."

A page, linked here, declares: "The beauty of the United States Constitution is that it was written to be timeless, and timeless is exactly what it is. How so? The Constitution deals with human nature, and human nature does not change. Humanity's basic needs, wants, and desires are the same today as they will be 200 years from now and as they were in 1789."



ONLY  THE  ENEMIES


It is only the true enemies of the Constitution of the United States of America, and the enemies of our people and country and liberty, who want to replace that timeless document. It is only those enemies of individual liberties and true prosperity for all citizens of the United States, who would ever want to replace the Constitution with something else. It is those enemies of the Constitution and of individual liberty who desire to enslave the populace and bring them under a very despotic world government, which is ultimately ruled out of a foreign country. The enemies of the Constitution are actually the agents of the New World Order, which is actually the reviving Holy Roman Empire, but this time around, on steroids.

These people who want to do away with any of the principles of the Constitution of the United States, or the principles raised up in the Declaration of Independence, are the true enemies spoken about in all the oaths shown further above --- where it speaks about foreign and domestic enemies. These enemies are the ones who are traitors to the Constitution of the United States and to its lawful citizens, as they work to illegally change laws, while they work to enslave every man, woman and child in the United States. These enemies of the authentic United States truly need to be brought to justice, and that is the right and the duty of each and every U.S. citizen to bring about this justice.

Do not look to unconstitutional or rogue government entities to uphold the Constitution for you, especially since they appear to be operating outside of the Constitution and working for a foreign State, as they violently trample the Constitution and our individual God-given liberties and rights "under their feet." Do not look to any unconstitutional government official, who enjoys disregarding the clear parameters set by the Constitution, while dictatorially ruling by illegal orders or laws (yes, this appears to have happened for generations now). Do not look to any congressional or judicial members who are violating their Oath of Office, to even begin to uphold the Constitution for you. No. If you want things done right, you will have to do it for yourself and for those you love.

In all of these things, let us consider the following words from President Abraham Lincoln: "We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the Courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution." (link) And, since women are now in government positions, the same principle would apply toward them.



THE  GREAT  REPUBLIC


In order for the prosperous and advancing Constitutional Republic which was set up, mandated and guaranteed by the wise Founding Fathers to exist and survive, everyone --- yes, each and every individual --- must wake up and do their duty to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, in its true intent and purpose. They must defend it from all enemies, both foreign and domestic. There is absolutely no other way for freedom to reign. The other option ultimately leads to utter, despotic slavery. That is what the coming "New World Order" is actually all about. That is what the reviving Holy Roman Empire is all about.

When the Holy Roman Empire is revived in the form of the New World Order, we will ultimately see the revival of the Inquisitions. We will see the revival of horrendous despotism and slave labor camps, along with genocide and holocausts. This is not some wild imagination at work here, but this aligns with the findings of some very intense research. Unless U.S. citizens wake up and do their patriotic duty to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies as quickly as possible, it will be happening right here on U.S. soil. Things are already in motion in this direction and it is coming fast.

With all of the information above in mind, let us all do our part in supporting and defending the great Constitution of the United States against the infringements or attacks of all enemies, whether foreign or domestic, in the manner by which the wise Founding Fathers meant things to be done. May we break out of bondage to those enemies who have hobbled the United States and its lawful citizens, and have prevented the authentic citizens from obtaining that liberty and freedom, plus potential for prosperity and happiness, which was established by the wise Founding Fathers of this great nation.

Yes, it is all so very simple. It is the Constitution ... that which is the Supreme Law of the Land. It's not Presidents or Congress. It's not governors or mayor or any other government entity within the borders of the United States. It's the Constitution! It is our right and our most sacred duty to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, both foreign and especially domestic.
