WHAT  IS  GOING  ON  HERE ?

How come this was not discovered and openly spoken about decades ago? How come the treasonous criminals have been getting away with brazenly lying when they take their Oath of Office and NO ONE ever stands up and wants to do anything about it? Are U.S. citizens so totally brain-dead that they do not realize that something is seriously wrong here? Are they all dumber than bricks and do not even know what the Supreme Law of the Land mandates and guarantees, in order to provide for their liberty and freedom? Are U.S. citizens so uneducated that they do not even know what the Supreme Law of the Land is?

And, there are still some further, very important questions which need to be asked. Are the vast majority of citizens within the United States idiots who do not know what the U.S. Constitution declares? Do they not have the slightest clue about what type or nature of government is actually mandated and guaranteed to every State in this Union? Do they not know what type of government we are supposed to be living under in the whole United States, throughout every State? Do not U.S. citizens care about their personal freedom or the freedom of those they care about or love? Really! What is going on here and why is it going on?

Now, for those who are duped by the hijackers of our country, it is time to learn what type of government is supposed to be in this country. Now, what is mandated and guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States? In Article 4, Section 4, the U.S. Constitution clearly declares: "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government..."(1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(8)(9)(10)(11) This is the only guarantee found anywhere in the Constitution. Without this guarantee being in effect and truly being enforced, we do not have the authentic United States, but only a rogue country run by criminals.

LOOKING  AT  OFFICIAL  DEFINITIONS

Well, there seems to be some major confusion in our day amongst the general public in the United States, especially when it comes to knowing the exact type and nature of government we are legally supposed to have in this country, plus when it comes to knowing the true difference between an authentic Republican Form of Government and then a democracy. So, to make things a bit easier to understand, let us look at some official definitions from the 1928 Training Manual TM-2000-25. This Manual was published by the U.S. War Department and was the Soldier's Citizenship Manual.

The Training Manual accessed by the links below speaks about democracy being a "mobocracy." A democracy is basically mob rule, kind of like how lynch-mobs were. A lynch-mob was truly democracy in action. Looking again at the Training Manual, it speaks about how democracy was REJECTED by the Founding Fathers of this great nation. The wise Founding Fathers knew history well enough to see the problems which are created by a democracy, and we see many of those problems in action in our day. So now, let us move along to the official definitions of a democracy and a republic.

Looking into the copies of the Training Manual which are linked below, at the bottom of actual Manual page 91 is found this definition for a Democracy: "A government of the masses. Authority derived through mass meeting or any other form of 'direct' expression. Results, in mobocracy. Attitude toward property is communistic -- negating property rights. Attitude toward law is that the will of the majority shall regulate, whether it be based upon deliberation or governed by passion, prejudice, and impulse, without restraint or regard to consequences. Results in demagogism, license, agitation, discontent, anarchy."

Well, there definitely was democracy in action in the United States in the summer of 2020, as windows were broken and cars were set on fire and historic statues were defaced and destroyed, plus people were beaten and even killed. The summer of 2020 in the United States is a true example of how democracy breeds anarchy and instability and lawlessness in a country. No wonder the wise Founding Fathers of the United States were so strongly against democracy. And, looking further at democracy, the infamous revolutionary and communist named Vladimir Lenin proclaimed the following in the earlier 1900s: "Democracy is indispensable to socialism... The goal of socialism is communism..."(1)(2)(3)

At this point, it should be noted that democracy, socialism and communism all lead to the utter destruction of the authentic United States. It should also be noted that democracy, socialism and communism all lead to the despotic enslavement of citizens. And, there is something which most U.S. citizens likely do not know about. The evidence indicates that the Jesuits have been behind the raising up of modern democracy (1)(2), socialism (1)(2)(3) and communism (1)(2)(3)(4)(5). Furthermore, the Jesuits were sent to the United States in the 1800s to take this country down (1)(2) and destroy adherence to the U.S. Constitution and authentic republicanism, so U.S. citizens could then be enslaved under Jesuit/Catholic depotism.

Now, let us look again into the Training Manual to see the official definition of a Republic. At the top of actual Manual page 92, it provides the following definition for a Republic: "Authority is derived through the election by the people of public officials best fitted to represent them. Attitude toward property is respect for laws and individual rights, and a sensible economic procedure. Attitude toward law is the administration of justice in accord with fixed principles and established evidence, with a strict regard to consequences." Well, unfortunately, authentic republican principles were certainly not in operation in the summer of 2020 in the United States, as many things were being destroyed by the mobs.

Further above in this section, it states that democracy was REJECTED by the Founding Fathers. Well, it is time to look at some documentation which includes declarations from various founders which clearly supports this statement. In the pages linked by the buttons below, it can clearly be seen that the Founding Fathers made it very clear that democracies were unstable and a bad thing. They made it clear that we are not to have a democracy in the United States. So, those who are supporting a democracy in the United States are treasonous, domestic enemies of that which the Founding Fathers set up in the United States.

Those who are brazenly supporting a democracy in the United States are actually treasonous enemies of the authentic Republican Form of Government which is clearly mandated and guaranteed to every State in this Union by the U.S. Constitution. Those who are supporting a democracy in the United States are actually in a form of war as they are treasonously working to undermine and overthrow the legitimate government for the United States. And now, check out the pages linked below to see what the Founding Fathers thought about democracies. And then, in the next section, we will see the importance of the Constitution.

THE  SUPREME  LAW  OF  THE  LAND

Well, there is something extremely important which all U.S. citizens need to know about. Let us look into the Constitution of the United States and see something important which it says in Article 6, Clause 2. At this location in the Constitution, it clearly declares: "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."(1)(2)(3)

Because the Constitution is mentioned first in this legal document which is quoted above, the Constitution itself is of the highest importance of all the things mentioned. And, only the laws of the United States which shall truly be made in pursuance of the U.S. Constitution, or which shall genuinely be made in accordance with the original thought and intent of the U.S. Constitution, shall be part of the supreme Law of the Land. A law which is not made in genuine pursuance of the U.S. Constitution and its actual intent would truly be a non-law or an illegal law. And, there is still more to consider at this point.

Based on what is declared in the U.S. Constitution, all treaties which shall be made shall also be part of the supreme Law of the Land, but only if certain conditions are met. To legitimately be part of the supreme Law of the Land, the treaties could in no way conflict with the original thought or intent of the U.S. Constitution. The treaties would also have to be made by a Congress which is strictly adhering to the intent of the U.S. Constitution. If a treaty in any way goes contrary to the thought and intent of the U.S. Constitution, or works in any way to enslave the citizens of the United States, that treaty would be illegal and invalid.

And now, there is something important to consider in what is quoted above. Every judge within every State of the United States is legally bound by the supreme Law of the Land. And, that is why judges declare the following when they take their Oath of Office: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm), that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent on me, according to the best of my abilities and understanding, agreeably to the Constitution, and laws of the United States. So help me God."(1)

So, even when it comes to judges, the Constitution of the United States and what it declares is at the very pinnacle. The U.S. Constitution is the most important part of the supreme Law of the Land. And after that, in importance, come the laws of the United States which are made in genuine pursuance of, or in adherence to the original thought and intent and purpose of the U.S. Constitution. And, judges are legally bound to rule in accordance to this supreme Law of the Land, in order to truly honor their Oath of Office and be a legitimate judge. And now, there is one more thing to consider in the quote from the Constitution.

Once again, "the Judges in every State", by their Oath of Office, are legally bound by the supreme Law of the Land. And then, when it comes to judging things in accordance to the supreme Law of the Land, "any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding." In other words, anything in the laws of any State which is contrary to the thought and intent of the supreme Law of the Land is null and void. Laws of any State which are contrary to the supreme Law of the Land appear to actually be non-laws or illegal laws which have been put in place by treacherous or treasonous criminals.

THEIR  OATH  OF  OFFICE

In the past, it has been said that the most common lie in the United States is when a politician puts their hand on a Holy Book and openly swears that they will uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies. Now, when it comes to swearing an Oath of Office to the U.S. Constitution, this is done by every politician, all judges, all law officers and many others who hold positions of public trust. Even regular U.S. postal workers swear an Oath of Office to the Constitution. So, because the Oath of Office is obviously so extremely important that all these people have to take it, we should know what the Oath of Office actually is which is taken by people in various segments of the government and military.

The following is the Oath of Office which is commonly taken by each and every one of the Senators and Representatives in the Congress of the United States. "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."(1)(2) Truly, their full allegiance must be to the U.S. Constitution.

Note closely that when these people in Congress take upon themselves this legal obligation which is proclaimed in their Oath of Office, they take it "freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion." Well, the vast majority of them are brazenly and treasonously lying when they take their Oath of Office, because most of them have already been working to evade their obligation before they ever take their Oath. Furthermore, the vast majority of them have already been working to undermine and overthrow the legitimate government of the United States, before they ever take their Oath of Office and they just continue their dirty work once they finagle their way into a government position.

In that which is happening in Congress, there is more to consider. Yes, there are those who are working to undermine and overthrow the legitimate government of the United States. But then, there are all the others in Congress. All these others are evading their true duty to the U.S. Constitution by not being diligent whistleblowers, to openly expose the treasonous ones who are domestic enemies of the Constitution. These ones who are not willing to openly raise a stink and aggressively and publicly "get in the face" of the treasonous ones who are working to undermine and overthrow our legitimate government are, by their dereliction of duty, effectively aiding and abetting the domestic enemies of the U.S. Constitution.

Well, there is another thing to consider, especially since the derelict ones in Congress are effectively aiding and abetting the agenda of the foreign and domestic enemies of the U.S. Constitution. In Article 3, Section 3, the U.S. Constitution declares: "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." Note closely that there is an "or" in the preceding quote. If those in Congress are not diligently exposing the enemies of the Constitution which are in government positions, then they are actually adhering to these enemies and, because they are helping to hide and protect them, they are giving them aid and comfort. That is the true definition of treason.

Now, there is even more to consider when it comes to those in Congress who are derelict in their duty to the Constitution of the United States. Because of their Oath of Office, the first and most important duty of all of those in Congress is to actually support and defend the Constitution of the United States. Supporting and defending the actual U.S. Constitution is even of much greater importance than passing any type of laws about the environment or any type of laws about equality or racial issues. If the U.S. Constitution is not supported and defended, first and foremost, then these people in Congress are treasonously selling-out the United States and betraying its genuine citizens, therefore, they should rightfully pay the price for treason.

THE  OATH  OF  CIVIL  SERVANTS

Well, in the preceding section, the derelict or treasonous members of Congress have been considered. Now, let us begin to consider the Oath of Office for Federal Civil Service Employees. Now, those people who are Federal Civil Service Employees are those who are non-elected, non-military employees who are working in the public sector in the various departments and agencies of the United States Government (1). At this point, it should be noted that even those in government positions in the various States also take an Oath of Office to the Constitution of the United States.

Now, the following is the Oath of Office for Federal Civil Service Employees: "I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."(1) And, for Federal Civil Service Employees, they also swear that they take the legal obligation associated with their Oath of Office "freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion..."

Unfortunately, as with the majority of those in Congress, it does appear that the majority of Civil Service Employees are also lying when they take their Oath of Office to the Constitution of the United States. It appears that they are treasonously lying when they take their Oath because many of them are working with others in an effort to undermine and overthrow the only legitimate form of government which is legally supposed to exist throughout the whole United States. And this particular form of government is clearly mandated and guaranteed to every State in this Union by the U.S. Constitution.

As with those in Congress, there are many Civil Service Employees who are not diligently supporting and defending the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, especially the domestic enemies. These Civil Service Employees do not want to "rock the boat" so they can keep their job and make a bunch of money and have all those cushy benefits. Having an easy life while selling out their country and Constitution appears to be much more important to them than standing up and diligently supporting and defending the U.S. Constitution against especially all these domestic enemies.

In the situation of the cowering Civil Service Employees who are not diligently standing up and supporting and defending the U.S. Constitution against all enemies, especially the domestic enemies, they are also effectively aiding and abetting the enemies of the Constitution. Now, the U.S. Constitution actually defines and sets forth and authorizes the true government in the United States, plus its form. In essence, it could be said that the Constitution is actually our legitimate government and those people in government are actually servants whose duty is to make sure everything functions in accordance with the Constitution.

OATH  OF  THOSE  IN  THE  C.I.A.

Now, let us see if those in other government agencies are doing any better than those in Congress, when it comes to truly honoring their Oath of Office to the Constitution of the United States. Let us start by looking at the Oath of Office for those in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). The following is the Oath of Office which each person in the CIA is supposed to take before entering into their employment:

"I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."(1)

At this point, there is something very important which needs to be considered. The former CIA Director named William Colby described the CIA as the "cult of intelligence...that held itself to be above the normal processes of society, with its own rationale and justification, beyond the restraints of the Constitution..."(1) WHAT is this BS! From what Colby declared, it appears that those in the CIA were possibly (and may still be) brazenly lying when they took their Oath of Office. Note that this potentially treasonous agency appears to operate beyond or outside of the restraints which are intended by the U.S. Constitution.

Well, there is still more to consider in this picture. Looking at those things which former CIA Director William Colby declared, it appears that those in the CIA really have no true intent to honor their Oath of Office to the Constitution of the United States, especially since it appears that they are treasonously operating outside of the parameters of the U.S. Constitution. Furthermore, the evidence appears to indicate that a large share of them are of those who are treasonously working to undermine and overthrow the legitimate form of government which is mandated and guaranteed for the people in every State of the United States, by the U.S. Constitution.

What it appears that the vast majority of people in the CIA are doing tends to go along with what that former CIA boss named James Jesus Angleton declared about those in the CIA. He stated: "Fundamentally, the founding fathers of U.S. intelligence were liars. The better you lied and the more you betrayed, the more likely you would be promoted... Outside of their duplicity, the only thing they had in common was a desire for absolute power."(1) Judging by the words of Angleton, it appears that an all too large share of those in the CIA may be liars, who it appears also lied and betrayed when and after they took their Oath of Office.

Now, when it comes to those in the CIA which are not knowingly selling out the United States by knowingly working to undermine and overthrow the legitimate form of government which is mandated and guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, there are things which need to be said. There is a reason why those in control of the CIA, which may be selling out the authentic United States and betraying its citizens as shown in other pages on this site, keep everything compartmentalized in their agency. They keep everything on a "need to know" basis. That way, the lower-downs will never find out if their bosses are treasonously selling out the United States, as they potentially work to enslave U.S. citizens for a foreign power.

When it comes to the CIA, there is some important history which U.S. citizens may want to know. This is important history which they absolutely do not teach in the common schools of our day, possibly in order to help keep people ignorant and dumb. Yes, there is the serious dumbing-down of America which is intentionally happening. With the people made dumber, the clueless people of the United States can be more easily enslaved by the despotic agents and pawns of a particular foreign power. So, let us now begin to look at some important history about the CIA.

The CIA was originally founded as a result of a lot of instigation by William Donovan. This man was a member of the Knights of Malta, which means that he was a member of the Jesuit-controlled militia of the pope. Now, this militia and its activities are ultimately under the control of the Jesuit General in Rome, even when it comes to things they are doing within the United States...
