It is written:
"These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so." (1)
Now, the
Lord Jesus Christ
clearly proclaimed:
"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." (1)
The Lord Jesus Christ
also proclaimed:
"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." (1)
Regarding the return of
the Lord Jesus Christ,
it is written:
"Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels..." (1)
Finally, the
Revelation
declares:
"And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." (1)
And also, the
Revelation does
plainly state:
"And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever." (1)
And, it is written:
"The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever..." (1)
Let us, again, consider those important words from the authentic Lord Jesus Christ. He plainly declared: "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." (1) According to Christ, few there be that find the true way which leads to that life with God and Christ. And truly, few there be who are actually worshiping the genuine God of heaven.
So, who --- or truly, what --- is the genuine God of heaven...that we can properly worship him? Is his true nature --- and what he actually is --- plainly shown within the authentic Holy Bible...for all to see? By the grace of God, it definitely is...that we need not be deceived by the many false teachers, with the pagan-type gods which they are commonly leading numerous people to worship...even in most mainstream "Christian" churches. When it comes to God, the true Lord Jesus Christ plainly declared: "God is a Spirit..." (1)
Yes, "God is a Spirit..." (1) And, he is not just any old spirit that people want to follow and worship. There is more to know about God. In the authentic Holy Bible, the following was declared to the people of God: "For I am the LORD your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy..." (1) It is also written: "And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy." (1)
It is also written, concerning the true people of God: "And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine." (1) Yes, in a number of places in the Old Testament, it shows that God is holy, plus that his people are to be separate from others, and holy...as their God is. Now, there may be some who say that this instruction is just Old Testament stuff to the children of Israel, and that it doesn't apply to us of today. Well, it is time for people to wake up to the real truth.
In the New Testament, the apostle Peter clearly wrote the following, even for us of today: " Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: but as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy." (1) Yes, we are to be obedient and holy to God.
By that which has been written, it should be more than clear that God has called his people to be separate from the wicked ways and the un-Godly people of the world, and to be holy...because God is holy. And now, once again, as the true Lord Jesus Christ plainly declared: "God is a Spirit..." (1) And again, God is not just any old spirit. God is a very particular Spirit which is very holy. Stated plainly, God the Father is truly the Holy Spirit, to which we are to be obedient. We are to be led by the Spirit of God the Father in heaven.
Now, in the authentic Holy Bible, it is written: "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." (1) It is also written: "For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace." (1) Clearly, we are to walk after, or follow the true leading of, the genuine Spirit of God...rather than chasing after the fun things of the flesh.
And again, the true Lord Jesus Christ plainly declared:
"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." (1)
In the authentic Holy Bible, it is also written: "Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is." (1) And, the will of the Lord, plus the will of God --- who is the Father in heaven --- is clearly shown within the authentic Holy Bible. Read and study it for yourself, and know THE REAL truth.
Within the authentic Holy Bible is the following words from the true Lord Jesus Christ:
"And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?" (1)
Now, when it comes to obtaining the genuine Holy Spirit from the true God of heaven, there is something extremely important to know and clearly understand. Within the authentic Holy Bible, the LORD God has proclaimed: "And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart." (1) Yes, people shall find the genuine God of heaven, who is the true Holy Spirit, when they seek him with all their heart. This seeking God cannot be a casual thing. We must fully give ourselves to it. It is all, or nothing.
In all of this, once again, there is something important to consider. A casual seeker or a dabbler will not likely ever find the true God of heaven, who is the genuine Holy Spirit. Furthermore, Satan and his helpers are always there, waiting to provide the casual seeker or dabbler with the many deceptions which Satan and his ministers commonly seem to use. So, it is important to search the authentic Holy Bible daily, to see if what you are being told by some minister is actually what the Holy Bible is really talking about.
Regarding the issue of seeking God with all our heart, there is a special benefit. In the authentic Holy Bible, it is written: "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the LORD."(1) And, where do we behold the glory of the Lord? Yes, through reading and studying the complete authentic Holy Bible, while in prayer to God to reveal his truths to us. And, the Word and the Spirit work together to change us into their living image.
Then, there is this instruction in the authentic Holy Bible: "This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would." (1) And this: "For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting." (1) Yes, if we "sow" to the Spirit, who is God, we shall reap life everlasting!
Note the following in the quote above, "that ye cannot do the things that ye would." Trying to do things on our own, in our own fleshly strength --- because the flesh is weak --- we cannot do those things which are pleasing to God. It is only through the power of the Lord Jesus Christ, at the guiding of the Spirit of God --- at the guiding of the true Holy Spirit --- that we are able to do the will of God, plus those things which are pleasing in his sight. Only then shall we be able to enter into the genuine kingdom of heaven.
Looking at other things, the following is written in the authentic Holy Bible:
"There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: the same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again." (1)
Yes, in order to see and enter into the genuine kingdom of God, a person must be born again. A person must be born of that true water, plus the very Spirit of God. And, within the authentic Holy Bible is found these words, which would also fit what we have been talking about: "Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all." (1) Yes, give thyself wholly to searching out the true God of heaven, that you may then walk in obedience to his Spirit and be saved.
And now, in the authentic Holy Bible, it is written:
"And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: and on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: and I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: the sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come: and it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved." (1)
Let us now look at more of those revealing words --- those "nuggets" of fundamental truth --- which the genuine Lord Jesus Christ spoke to the woman at the well. Christ clearly declared: "Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." (1)
Yes, "the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth." And, God the Father, who is on the throne of heaven, is the Holy Spirit. Now, there is more. The true worshipers of God shall not only worship the Father in spirit and in truth, but, "they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." There is that word "MUST" in that which is plainly declared. Only those who worship God --- who is the Holy Spirit --- in spirit and in truth, are the only ones who are worshiping God in the acceptable manner.
Now, the true worship of God is not a "funzy" form of worship. It's not dancing and prancing around. It's not waving hands in the air, while swaying and wiggling butts around. None of that is the true worship of the genuine God of heaven. That dancing, prancing, waving, swaying and wiggling butts is not of God, but is a sensual form of worship...worshiping something the people don't really understand. It appears that it is in line with the old Baal worship of earlier times. It is basically a form of devil worship.
And again, in the quote a few paragraphs above, the Lord Jesus Christ plainly declared that "salvation is of the Jews." And, regarding what a genuine, biblical Jew is, it is written: "For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: but he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God." (1) And, true spiritual Jews shall worship and love God in the only true, acceptable way.
Regarding what it means to truly love God in the only true and acceptable way, it is written: "By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous." (1) Yes, this is the only way that we can show that we truly love God...by keeping his commandments and walking in obedience to him. And, there is more to consider in all of this.
The only way to truly worship God, is to be obedient to him...in the way we live our lives. There is no other way in which to truly worship God. In order to truly worship God, we must be in full submission to the true Spirit of God, and, through the power of his Christ, do those things which are pleasing in his sight...as we are led by his Spirit...the Holy Spirit. And yes, we are told to follow Christ. And, regarding this, the authentic Holy Bible shows that God the Father --- who is a particular Spirit --- was, and is, in Christ (1)(2)(3).
And again, the true Lord Jesus Christ clearly declared: "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." (1) Indeed, only few take the time to find for themselves that true way which, alone, leads to that life with God and Christ. The vast majority of humanity is on the way which leads to destruction...in hell and the lake of fire and torment.
At this point, let us take some time to look back in history, to something which is actually very important. Let us see what was happening during the early beginning of things upon this earth. Let us look back to Adam and Eve, plus the garden of Eden. Let us consider what actually happened when Adam and Eve were disobedient to God and did not quickly repent, but instead, brazenly made excuses for their sin and wickedness against God. In the authentic Holy Bible, the following is written:
" And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life." (1)
In their wicked state, God could not allow mankind to partake of the tree of life and live forever. Now, if you think the world is in a mess now, just think of what is would be like if all the wicked people who ever lived were still alive today and doing all their wicked things. For example, what it would be like if Adolf Hitler and his mass-murdering Nazis were still alive today and perpetrating their brutal Holocaust...in one way or another? Well, God, in his mercy, could not allow something like that to continue upon this earth.
Now, in the quote above from the authentic Holy Bible, it shows that God placed at the east of the garden of Eden those Cherubims. But, it appears that there is something even more important for us to have a clear understanding about. God set in place that flaming sword, which flaming sword turned every way and kept the way to the tree of life. And, what is that flaming sword? And then, of possibly even greater importance, what or who does the tree of life represent?
Could the words below, which came from the genuine Lord Jesus Christ, possibly relate to the genuine tree of life? Now, Christ plainly declared:
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; and hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.
Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, and shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation." (1)
Concerning the things written above, within the authentic Holy Bible is also found these words: "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting."(1) Truly, those who indulge in the wicked or un-Godly lusts of the flesh shall reap to themselves corruption...and everlasting damnation, in the everlasting lake of fire and torment.
Now, the apostle Paul clearly proclaimed:
"God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; and hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; that they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: for in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring." (1)
Yes, God is the actual giver of life. God is the one who created humans upon this earth. He is represented by the tree of life in the garden of Eden. And, God is the one who is able to give even eternal life...but only to those who walk in the true way, in obedience to him (1). Yes, God the Father is the one from whom true life actually comes. And then, there is Christ. In the authentic Holy Bible is found these words: "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." (1)
Now, let us consider the flaming sword which keeps the way to the tree of life...which tree represents God the Father who is on the throne of heaven, and which God is the Holy Spirit. In the Holy Bible is these words: "And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God..."(1) Yes, the sword of the Spirit is the word of God. And, it is written: "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." (1)
Who are the words above speaking about? Yes, they are speaking about the true Lord Jesus Christ. He is the one whereby the Word was made flesh --- or, where the Word resided within a body of flesh --- as he walked among the people on this earth, roughly two thousand years ago. He, the Word, is the one who keeps the way to God the Father in heaven. It is only through Christ and his true way, that we can ever have access to God in heaven. That is what is actually shown within the authentic Holy Bible.
There is now something extremely important to make clear. After God sent Adam and Eve out of the garden of Eden, God did not make it impossible for humans to ever have a chance of accessing the tree of life. That flaming sword was placed to protect the way to the tree of life. The flaming sword was like a gatekeeper. When the proper conditions are met (1), a person can then have access to the tree of life and eternal life. Now, let us again consider the one who is represented by that flaming sword...the true gatekeeper (1).
Within the authentic Holy Bible, it declares: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time." (1) It is only through the genuine Lord Jesus Christ, and through the true way of Christ, that we can have access to God the Father in heaven. There is no other way. And, a person will never have access to the true God of heaven via some type of pagan-style Mary goddess, or by praying to some "saints". It is ONLY through Christ.
The true Lord Jesus Christ clearly proclaimed: "Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man's foes shall be they of his own household." (1) There should be no question about that which the true Lord Jesus Christ clearly declared. Christ did not come to bring worldly peace, but a sword. But, what kind of sword is it?
Now, in earlier times, the Roman Catholics went all over the place in their Crusades, mass-murdering great numbers of people with their swords. With the use of their metal swords, they worked to bring all the people they could under the "religious" kingdom which they were doing their best to put together. With the use of their metal swords, they were trying to force people into submission to the Catholic system, or die. But, is it through the use of metal swords or other physical weapons that the kingdom of God is to be built?
In the authentic Holy Bible is these words: "And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God..." (1) Yes, the sword of the Spirit is the word of God. The word of God is "the sword" we are to use. But, in rebellion against God, the misguided Catholics, in their Crusades [noted below] were doing things THEIR WAY, with physical weapons...rather than doing things God's true way. It appears they, in their satanic lust, were just having a jolly time mass-murdering and enslaving people.
At this point, let us return to the subject of the true nature of that particular sword which the Lord Jesus Christ intended for his true disciples --- for all authentic Christians --- to use. Let us again look to the true sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. This is "the sword" that God's authentic people are to be using in the spiritual warfare which exists upon this earth. Regarding the sword of the Spirit, which again is the word of God, the following is written in the authentic Holy Bible:
"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do." (1)
Used rightly, at the guiding of the true Spirit of God, the word of God can be very powerful. Used rightly, it is able to reveal even the wicked or un-Godly thoughts and intents of the heart of many people. And, if used rightly, in the manner which God intended, the Word and the Spirit can work together in people's hearts and convict them of their sins. And, when the Spirit and the Word change a person from the inside and cause them to walk in the true way of God and Christ, a physical sword and outward force is unnecessary.
Now, let us take some time to look closely at the genuine Lord Jesus Christ...the one in whose footsteps we are to follow. Let us see how he operated, plus how he expects people to be dealt with in situations where the people do not quickly and readily receive him. Let us see if he condoned force and murder in these situations. As a good example of how God's true people are to deal with things, the following situation is recorded in the authentic Holy Bible:
"And it came to pass, when the time was come that he [Jesus] should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem, and sent messengers before his face: and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him. And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem.
And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? But he [Jesus] turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village." (1)
In that which is quoted above, there is something important to note. When the Samaritans did not receive Jesus, James and John were very displeased. Using their carnal thinking, they wanted to destroy these Samaritans which wouldn't receive Christ. Then, note what Jesus said to James and John. He said: "Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of." The same can be said for the misguided and devil-following Catholics who were mass-murdering people in their various Crusades...and other related things.
In their Crusades, the misquided Catholics utterly rejected the true Spirit of God or Christ...as they were worshiping and following something far different. They were truly worshiping a completely different god and following the spirit of Satan. And, that is what happens when people worship a different god and spirit than the one true God, the Holy Spirit, which is shown in the authentic Holy Bible. And to this day, many are still worshiping and following a different god than the one true God shown in the authentic Holy Bible.
Again, the Lord Jesus Christ declared: "Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man's foes shall be they of his own household." (1) Now, why did the genuine Lord Jesus Christ come to cause division? Why does the proper use of that sword...which is the word of God...cause division?
The Lord Jesus Christ knew that there WOULD NOT be worldly peace between those in the huge majority who were following the errors of Satan, and those who truly turned to follow Christ and walk in that true way which was ordained by the authentic God of heaven, which true way leads to everlasting life with God and Christ. The sword of the Spirit --- the authentic word of God --- does divide families, as the ones who want to walk in their carnal flesh antagonize those who want to walk in the true Spirit of God and Christ.
Regarding the type of situation spoken about above, the following is written in the authentic Holy Bible:
"Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.
For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries: wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you..." (1)
It is common that the wicked and un-Godly will speak evil of those who turn to walk in the true way of God and Christ. It seems they especially do this when the authentic, converted Christian will no longer do those various wicked and un-Godly things with their "old worldly friends" which they did in former times. And, authentic, converted Christians can even be harassed at their place of work, or may even lose their job, if they will no longer do the wicked and un-Godly things which those over them commonly do.
According to the word of God, there cannot be peace between truth and error...or else error wins. Those who are genuine Christians cannot join with those imposters who call themselves "Christians", since the imposters are not walking in the true way of God and Christ. True Christians cannot join with things like the Ecumenical Movement...which Movement has no true connection to the genuine God of heaven, nor to his Christ. Truly, Christians must speak against error, especially when they see it in church organizations.
There is enough information provided within the authentic Holy Bible, by which a person can positively identify what or who the true Holy Ghost actually is. The authentic Holy Bible does not "leave us in the dark" on this important issue. God, in his mercy, has provided us with the true answer...so we hopefully will have less of a chance of being misled by the many religious deceivers of this world. Let us now begin by considering the following words from the Holy Bible:
"In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)"(1)
While Jesus walked upon this earth in a body of flesh, the people at that feast who actually believed in the real truth could only receive the Spirit...that Spirit which is from God and is God...the Holy Spirit. But, as Jesus walked upon this earth, the people at that feast could not receive or be given the Holy Ghost, because, as it clearly shows, Jesus was not yet glorified...or in his risen and glorified form. With these few short words, let us now look further into the authentic Holy Bible for things about the Holy Ghost.
As recorded in the authentic Holy Bible, John the Baptist (who was to prepare the way for Christ (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6), declared: "I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire." (1)
Indeed, the genuine Lord Jesus Christ shall baptize his true and obedient disciples with the Holy Ghost and with fire. Those words are also said another time (1) within the authentic Holy Bible. And, again looking further into things, Christ is known as the Word (1). And again, the sword of the Spirit is the word of God. Well, in all of this, there is reason, once again, to suspect that Christ is that flaming sword, in the Eden of God, which keeps the way to the tree of life (1). Now, back to the Holy Ghost.
Let us look more closely at who the Holy Ghost actually is. Within the authentic Holy Bible is found the following words from the true Lord Jesus Christ: "If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you." (1)
Look closely at the words above, from the genuine Lord Jesus Christ. To those who are obedient and keep Christ's commandments, the Father in heaven shall give them another Comforter...which is the Spirit of truth. And, who is the Comforter whom God shall send to the obedient disciples? As Christ declared: "I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you." Yes, the Comforter which the obedient disciples shall receive is the Lord Jesus Christ in his risen and glorified form. And, there is more to know.
Looking even further into the authentic Holy Bible, we find the following words from the genuine Lord Jesus Christ: "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you." (1) Now, it is clear that the Comforter which the Father in heaven shall give to the obedient disciples is the Lord Jesus Christ in his glorified form. And, from the words above, the Comforter is the Holy Ghost.
So, is the Holy Ghost the Lord Jesus Christ in his risen and glorified form? Now, consider that written to the overseers of the early church: "Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood." (1) Look at the preceding quote again. It notes that the Holy Ghost purchased the church of God with his own blood. The Lord Jesus Christ shed his blood for us. In his glorified form, he is the Holy Ghost.
Within the authentic Holy Bible are the following words from the true Lord Jesus Christ:
"He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come." (1)
The following words of warning from the genuine Lord Jesus Christ are also recorded within the authentic Holy Bible:
" Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: but he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation." (1)
According to the very words of the true Lord Jesus Christ, those who blaspheme against the Holy Ghost are definitely in danger of eternal damnation. Those who blaspheme against the Holy Ghost are most assuredly on the road to HELL and an eternity in the everlasting lake of fire and torment...where there shall be no chance of reprieve or respite from their horrid everlasting punishment. And, their punishment shall be in that lake of fire which has been prepared for the Devil and his angels.
When it comes to the genuine Holy Ghost, there are many things to consider. For starters, the authentic Lord Jesus Christ declared the following to his disciples: "But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." (1) Yes, those true disciples of Christ received power, once the Holy Ghost came upon them. And now, there is more.
Within the authentic Holy Bible, the following is recorded:
"And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven. Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.
And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans? And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born? Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia, Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes, Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God." (1)
What is shown above is the true Biblical "speaking in tongues"...given by the Holy Ghost. The Biblical speaking in tongues is not the blurting out of some type of babbling, which those around the babbler do not clearly understand in their own language. With the Biblical speaking in tongues, the Holy Ghost gives a person the ability to speak in a tongue or language which they do not know, but which is the language of those people around them whom God wants to hear his real truths.
Now, at one point, the apostle Peter was speaking to the Jewish people around him and was rebuking them for what they had done to the Lord Jesus Christ, when they condemned him and had him crucified. Finally, these Jewish people were convicted in their hearts of the wickedness which they had done to Christ. Then, those people said to Peter and the other apostles: "Men and brethren, what shall we do?" (1) Yes, what should they do in order to make right for that wrong which they had done?
In answer, the following is written: "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call." (1) Yes, repent and be baptized in the name of the Jesus Christ, for the remission of sins. Then, they could receive THE GIFT of the Holy Ghost...which gift all obedient believers can receive.
Now, at another time, the apostle Peter and the other apostles were boldly speaking the genuine truth of God and Christ to the Jewish people in the temple in Jerusalem. They were boldly doing this, even after the hell-bound rulers had forbid them to speak to the people about these things. So, the captain and his officers were sent by the rulers to get Peter and the other apostles, and bring them in for questioning. Regarding this, the following is recorded in the authentic Holy Bible:
"And when they had brought them, they set them before the council: and the high priest asked them, saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? And, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us.
Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men. The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree. Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins. And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him." (1)
Note in the words above, from the apostles of Christ, that God gives the Holy Ghost to those who obey him. The true God of heaven does not give the Holy Ghost to those who do not obey him. Now, there may be some preachers who claim that they are God's true servants, but they are not teaching and walking in the true way of God and Christ...yet, they are using some power to do some "miracles". Well, if they are not walking in God's true way, then they are likely using Satan's power. Often, they use hypnosis (1)(2)(3).
Moving onward, let us look at another place in the authentic Holy Bible, which clearly indicates that the true Holy Ghost is a separate entity which people who turn to fully walk in the true way of God and Christ can receive. Within the following words from the authentic Holy Bible, it shows that these particular people had been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus only, but they had not yet received the Holy Ghost. Truly, consider the following words:
"Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John: who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost: (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)
Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost." (1)
In another place in the authentic Holy Bible, it shows where the apostle Peter was speaking the truths of God and Christ to Cornelius, the centurion, and the other Gentiles which were with him in Caesarea. Regarding what happened then, the apostle Peter declared: "And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning. Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost." (1)
Looking further into the matter of the Holy Ghost being a separate entity, the following is plainly written in the authentic Holy Bible:
"And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples, he said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.
And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism. Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied. And all the men were about twelve."(1)
In the authentic Holy Bible is also the following words, and warning:
"Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.
For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward; how shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?" (1)
Again, it is written: "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." (1) And, through those things declared within the authentic Holy Bible, we understand that the genuine Word of God was within that vessel of flesh, which was the Lord Jesus Christ. And now, there is more to consider...for there is more to the complete story of what was truly happening at that time...roughly 2,000 years ago, as Christ walked upon this earth.
In the authentic Holy Bible, it is written: "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; to wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation." (1)
Note the following words in the quote above: "God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself..." Yes, God, who is the Holy Spirit, was dwelling within and guiding Christ, who is the Word, in those things which he did. And, the Holy Spirit which was within Christ was working through Christ to reconcile the people of the world to God. It is a very beautiful thing which God was doing through Christ. God was working through Christ to save people, so they would not be damned...damned to an eternity in the everlasting lake of fire.
Again, God, the Holy Spirit, is within the Word. The Holy Spirit is found within the genuine Word of God. The Holy Spirit, that very particular Spirit, is there to be found, dwelling within the authentic Holy Bible. The authentic Holy Bible is not just "another book", but it is a very special book, for in it and through it we can find the true God of heaven. Through it we can find the genuine Holy Spirit...which can guide us into that true way of life with God and Christ, which leads to eternal life.
Truly, behind the genuine written Word of God, there is the Spirit of God. And, it can be seen that behind different religious writings in our world, there is a variety of different spirits. When it comes to religious writings, we are dealing with spirits. And, we should ask ourselves which spirit is actually behind the various writings. Is it of the true God of heaven and his Christ, or is it of something else? This is important for us to consider, for we do not want to be misled into something which is not of the true Spirit of God.
Over the years in which the writer has read through the authentic Holy Bible, from cover to cover quite a number of times, there is something they have come to realize. The authentic Holy Bible is written and worded in such a way that the diligent seeker can come to know the true Holy Spirit of the genuine God of heaven. The writer has also looked at a number of the modern "translations of the Bible" and has found that they are altered and worded in such a way that the true Spirit of God is "gutted" out of them.
In many modern "translations of the Bible", the writer sees that there is a different spirit in them, which shall lead people to a different end...and not unto eternal life. Now, the authentic Holy Bible is like "a roadmap" which does lead to the desired life with God and Christ. But, if "the roadmap" we use is an altered version with a different spirit therein, it shall lead us into that way which leads to destruction. Be very sure to use the genuine "roadmap", and not something which will lead you astray...to your eternal destruction.
And again, the true Lord Jesus Christ plainly declared: "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." (1) Those altered "roadmaps" which many people use today, which have a different spirit within them, appear to readily lead people onto that broad way which leads to their eternal destruction.
It is extremely important to use the genuine "roadmap" which leads to a true understanding of the only true God...the one true God of heaven...and his son, the Lord Jesus Christ, which son, in his risen and glorified form is the Holy Ghost. If we desire to enter into heaven, we must make sure that we are really worshiping the one true God of heaven, and not something else. And, we must be following the genuine way of the risen and glorified Lord Jesus Christ, and not something else.
When it comes to the only true God, there is something important to consider. Look closely at the following words from the Lord Jesus Christ, which he declared in his prayer to the Father in heaven: "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent."(1) Yes, the Father in heaven is the ONLY true God. There is no other true God but he. Again, note that the genuine Lord Jesus Christ made it very clear that the Father in heaven is "the only true God."
Within the authentic Holy Bible is found the following words: "Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? Who hath gathered the wind in his fists? Who hath bound the waters in a garment? Who hath established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is his son's name, if thou canst tell?" (1) Yes, what is his name, and what is his son's name. There are these two extremely important, heavenly beings to consider...and to truly know.
Then, there is the apostle Paul, who wrote: "Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; and to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ..." (1) Yes, God created all things, using Jesus Christ. There is noted only these two important beings in all of this...and no other. There is no third entity involved here.
There are also these words to consider: "God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds..." (1) And again, God made the worlds by the use of his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. We could also say it this way: "The Holy Spirit made the worlds through the use of the Holy Ghost." And again, there is no third entity involved here.
Now, in the authentic Holy Bible, it declares: "For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,) but to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him." (1) Yes, the people of the world have, and have had, many different gods and those they call lords. That is very clear through the reading of the complete Holy Bible and by looking at history.
For the true people of God and Christ, there is only one true God. That true God is the genuine Father in heaven...who is a Spirit...the Holy Spirit. And, to the true people of God and Christ, there is only one lord, and that lord is the Lord Jesus Christ...who in his glorified form is the Holy Ghost. The heavenward fellowship of the true people of God is with the Father, and with his Son the Lord Jesus Christ. Indeed, our heavenward fellowship is with the Holy Spirit AND the Holy Ghost...and no other (1).
With the above things in mind, it becomes clear why, at the end of certain passages in the New Testament of the authentic Holy Bible, it states things like, "and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ." (1) Yes, our fellowship it with the Holy Spirit AND the Holy Ghost...the two heavenly beings. Note that there is no third heavenly entity included in the heavenward fellowship which we are to have. Our heavenward fellowship is just with the Father and his Son.
It is also written: "Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ." (1) And also: "For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh." (1) So, when it comes to the heavenward fellowship for authentic Christians, it is with God the Father in heaven, and with his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ...yes, with the Holy Spirit AND the Holy Ghost.
When it comes to the heavenward fellowship for authentic Christians, there is no third entity included. In the authentic Holy Bible, there is no Mary-worship, or praying to Mary shown. There is no praying to "saints" shown, either. Both of these things are actually pagan-type things which are included in the imposter "Christian" churches. These things appear to have come from the ancient worship of Baal and Ashtoreth, which had their pagan Triad of gods. And, the pagans of today simply call it the Trinity.
The only three-in-one type of situation shown in the authentic Holy Bible, which includes God the Father in heaven and his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ --- which union includes the Holy Spirit and the Holy Ghost --- is shown in that prayer which the Lord Jesus Christ prayed to the Father in heaven, while Christ was upon this earth in human form. And, the following is that prayer which is recorded in the authentic Holy Bible:
"These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: as thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.
Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee. For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.
I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine. And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them. And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.
While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled. And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.
I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.
Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; that they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them." (1)
There are now some things to note in that prayer --- recorded above --- which the authentic Lord Jesus Christ made to the only true God, who is the Father in heaven. To begin with, Jesus prayed: "Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; that they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us..." Yes, the true Father in heaven, and his Christ, are to both dwell within each of his true people. Each one is to be a "three-in-one" unit.
Christ also stated in his prayer to the Father in heaven: "And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one..." Note again, closely, that the true Lord Jesus Christ stated: "I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one..." Yes, this is the true three-in-one shown within the authentic Holy Bible. The Holy Bible does not teach a pagan-type Triad or Trinity off yonder, somewhere in the heavens.
Now, there is something which cannot be stressed enough, especially when it comes to the so-called "Christian" churches of our day. Note closely in Christ's prayer to the Father in heaven, quoted above, that he clearly declared: "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." The authentic Lord Jesus Christ clearly has shown that the Father in heaven is "the only true God..." And, this one and only true God sent the Lord Jesus Christ to this earth.
Regarding the very bodies of the people of God, which includes all true Christians, the following is written within the authentic Holy Bible: "Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are." (1) Yes, our very body is supposed to be the temple where God dwells, and, God is the Holy Spirit...as shown earlier in this presentation.
Now, there is even more to seriously consider. Within the authentic Holy Bible, it is also written: "Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's." (1)
So, according to that which is written in the authentic Holy Bible, the body of each genuine Christian is supposed to be the temple of God, who is the Holy Spirit, plus, their body is also supposed to be the temple of the Holy Ghost...who is the risen and glorified Lord Jesus Christ. It is not some Trinity off yonder, somewhere in the heavens. The genuine "three-in-one" is supposed to be right here on this earth...within the very body of each one of God's true and obedient childen, which are truly following Christ.
At this point, there is something else from the authentic Holy Bible to consider. It is written: "And when he [Jesus] was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he [Jesus] answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you." (1) The kingdom of God is not some visible kingdom. With God and Christ dwelling within each obedient Christian, the kingdom of God is within each of them.
Based on those things declared in the authentic Holy Bible, we know that God is in Christ...Christ being the Son of God. Now, the apostle Paul wrote: " But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace, to reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood: neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me; but I went into Arabia, and returned again unto Damascus." (1)
And again, God is in Christ...Christ being the Son of God. Truly, the Holy Spirit is in the Holy Ghost. And, God revealed his risen and glorified Son within Paul. In such a state, the body of Paul was the temple of God, plus the temple of the Holy Ghost. And, as noted in that prayer which Christ made to the Father in heaven, Christ is in each obedient Christian, and the Father is in Christ. Since the Son of God was within the apostle Paul's body, and God is in Christ, Paul was a living example of the biblical union of three-in-one.
When it comes to the true "three-in-one," and the bodies of all true and obedient believers actually being the temple of God and of Christ --- the temple of the Holy Spirit and the Holy Ghost --- there is some further, very important instruction found within the authentic Holy Bible, which all people should seriously consider. This instruction is especially important for those who have a true desire to enter into heaven, to be with God and Christ...rather than being of those sent to hell and the everlasting lake of fire and torment.
In the authentic Holy Bible, the apostle Peter proclaims:
"But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not." (1)
Yes, it seems that there are many false teachers in the religious world today. And, there is something that is very troubling in all of this. It seems that many false teachers are even embedded within quite a number of those deceptively so-called "Christian" churches. And, it appears that many damnable heresies have been brought into even the so-called "Christian" churches. What is amazing is that large numbers of people seem to flock to these "feel good" and entertaining "churches"...as they ignore the true way of God and Christ.
When considering what is happening in these popular "churches", we should look again to those very true words from the authentic Lord Jesus Christ. He clearly proclaimed: "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." (1) Yes, those in the "feel good" and entertaining "churches" are likely on the broad way to their eternal destruction.
Now, let us look again at that quote from the apostle Peter, which is in the first paragraph of this section. When it comes to the false teachers which we are dealing with even today, Peter indicates that they are actually covetous people. They are looking for ways to make lots of money and obtain other things, which they can then lavish on themselves, so they can live a cushy lifestyle. And, it appears they will even deceive people by "twisting" the meaning of the Bible, in order to obtain money and wealth.
As noted by the apostle Peter, the false teachers --- or false ministers...who are actually Satan's ministers --- use feigned or deceptive words, in order to make merchandise of those who flock into their "churches". And, merchandise is something which is used in order to make money...and in the case of these possibly hell-bound false teachers and ministers...to make a lot of money. Now, the information linked below may provide at least some introductory examples of what the apostle Peter was talking about.
Now, it's time for an important question. Why do people get sucked in by the false teachers and preachers? Well, it appears that there are many spiritually-blind people in our world. They are likely spiritually-blind because they do not diligently read and study the authentic Holy Bible for themselves, so they will know the real truth, plus know the difference between God's true ministers and Satan's deceptive ministers. And, Satan and his ministers seem to know when they have a spiritually-blind sucker on their hands.
Regarding the false prophets and false teachers --- who are actually the servants of Satan which shall lead many people away from the true way of God and Christ...and to their eternal destruction --- in the authentic Holy Bible, the apostle Peter also states:
"These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever. For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.
While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.
For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire."(1)
Yes, the false prophets and false teachers are like wells without water. They cannot give us that living water (1), which can only be obtained via the genuine Word and Spirit of God. And, as we see in our day, the false prophets and false teachers like to speak their great swelling words of vanity. Their words are vanity, because they will not help guide us into that genuine, only true way which leads to everlasting life with God and Christ. Their words guide people onto that broad way which leads to eternal damnation.
Note also in the words quoted above, from the apostle Peter, that the false teachers allure through the lusts of the flesh. They also allure people through much wantonness...wantonness (1)(2)(3)(4) being the extreme indulgence in carnal, sensual pleasures, often with a lack of restraint. And, this indulgence in sensual pleasures is often linked to sexual immorality and general lewdness. Some of this alluring through the lusts of the flesh and much wantonness shall be shown later in this presentation.
Note that the apostle Peter speaks of the false teachers promising people liberty. But, the false teachers are not teaching the people the true way of God and Christ, which true way actually works to help free people from their bondage to sin and wickedness. And, it appears that the false teachers are the servants of corruption, who are actually working to bring people into bondage to themselves. They do this so they can manipulate and control them...plus use the people as "money bags".
To those who desire to be authentic and obedient followers of God and Christ, and are of those which are spiritually the temples of the Holy Spirit and the Holy Ghost upon this earth, there is something to look at very closely. It seems that various so-called "Christian" churches want people to all join together to be "one big happy family", no matter what questionable things or wickedness are practiced within the various churches. Well, the authentic Holy Bible gives the following instruction:
"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. --- Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God." (1)
Yes, "come out from among them, and be ye separate." The same message goes out today to God's true people, as went out to the children of Israel in earlier times. Come out from among those who are not walking in the true way of God and Christ, as it is shown in the authentic Holy Bible. The true temples of God cannot join with those who facilitate wickedness. God's true children, who are led by the Spirit of God and Christ, cannot join in with things like the Ecumenical Movement...which would spiritually drown them.
Examples of widespread wickedness against God and humanity --- even crimes against humanity --- being perpetrated and facilitated in the possibly hell-bound Catholic organization is shown in pages linked further below. Truly, there is a reason why those things written in the authentic Holy Bible actually do call people to: Come out of it! Furthermore, the parishioners who keep giving money to this child-raping and criminal-like organization shall be dealt with severely by God, in the day of judgement! There shall be HELL to pay!
Looking through the pages linked further below, it seems that there is a lot of unconverted religious gamers and deceivers in the hierarchy of the highly questionable papal organization. When looking through the things stated within the authentic Holy Bible, and then when considering what is going on in the Catholic organization, there is reason to suspect that virtually the whole hierarchy of the Catholic Church, plus many parishioners, are on the road to HELL and an eternity in the everlasting lake of fire and torment.
Now, based on the things shown within the authentic Holy Bible, those who are genuine children of God the Father in heaven, and followers or disciples of his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ --- those who are the temple of God and Christ --- cannot be joined to things like the historically wicked and hell-bound papal organization. The authentic Holy Bible definitely calls people out of that type of an organization, plus others associated with it...especially those associated with the antichristal (1) Ecumenical Movement.
The following words of instruction are found within the authentic Holy Bible: "The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof." (1) And again, make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
The apostle Paul also has this to say:
"This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
But ye have not so learned Christ; if so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: that ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; and be renewed in the spirit of your mind; and that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness." (1)
Looking further at things, the authentic Holy Bible declares: "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever."(1) If we are chasing the things of the world and its pleasures, then, we do not truly love God...who is the Holy Spirit.
In the authentic Holy Bible is also these words: "Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God." (1) If we are friends with the world and the carnal things they do, we are the enemy of God.
It is also written: "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God." (1) Those who live to the flesh shall spiritually die.
There is actually more to consider in all of this. Within the authentic Holy Bible it is plainly written: "Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are." (1) Since we are mean to be the temple of God, if we go out and defile our bodies in sin and wickedness, God shall destroy us. In the end, it shall be HELL for us and an eternity in the everlasting lake of fire and torment.
Within the authentic Holy Bible, it is also written: "Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God." (1) And, if they cannot inherit the kingdom of God, the only other option is to inherit HELL, and an eternity in the everlasting lake of fire and torment.
Then, there is even more to consider. In the authentic Holy Bible, it is further written:
"What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? For two, saith he, shall be one flesh. But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's." (1)
Now, when it comes to the obedient followers of God, it is written: "And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others." (1)
Within the authentic Holy Bible, there is the following instruction and warning written: "For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness. He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God, who hath also given unto us his holy Spirit." (1) So, if we want to walk in sin and uncleanness, which means we are despising that which the written Word of God declares, we are not simply despising the writing of man, but we are despising God...who is the Holy Spirit.
In the authentic Holy Bible, it is plainly written: "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth."(1) Yes, people shall give heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils...as we see today.
Now, within the authentic Holy Bible, it is clearly written:
"Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: and every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error." (1)
As stated above, many false prophets are gone out into the world. Our world seems to be packed with false teachers and deceivers. Now, what does it mean when it states: "Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: and every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God..."? Yes, many will say that Jesus Christ came in the flesh roughly two-thousand years ago, but, is this what it is really speaking about?
It is actually speaking about Jesus Christ coming to dwell within our body of flesh, so that he can guide us and keep us in the true way of God and Christ. And, as shown earlier in this presentation, the body's of all people are supposed to be the very temples of God, who is the Holy Spirit, plus the temples of the Holy Ghost, who is the risen and glorified Lord Jesus Christ. Those who don't want the Holy Spirit and the Holy Ghost dwelling within them, to keep them in the true way of God and Christ, are antichrists.
Actually, it appears that the world is jam-packed with antichrists. And, already almost two-thousand years ago, the following was written: "Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time."(1) Yes, already almost two-thousand years ago, there were many antichrist. Multiply that many times over, and that is what we have today in our world. And now, let us see what just a part of the hell-bound antichrist crowd is doing.
In the authentic Holy Bible, it is written: "But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; how that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit."(1) Let us now consider the hell-bound mockers of God, who walk after their ungodly lusts. Let us consider the sensual ones, who absolutely do not have the true Spirit of God.
In predominately Catholic places around this world, there are the extremely popular, plus raucous and utterly un-Godly festivities of Carnival and Mardi Gras. In the Carnival in Brazil, they brazenly mock God. In Sydney, Australia, they brazenly mock the Lord Jesus Christ in their Mardi Gras. Then, there's the Catholic stronghold of New Orleans, with their raucous and lustful Mardi Gras. They don't want any preaching about the true way of God and Christ, while they are effectively giving their collective middle-fingers to God.
So, let us see that which commonly goes on in predominately Catholic areas, during their Carnival and Mardi Gras festivities. Based on the info linked below, it appears that deranged and utterly demonic things commonly happen in these Catholic-supported festivities. Yes, they often show lots of skin and flesh, plus breasts and other things. But, what can you say? Catholics will be Catholics, as they have a raucous and drunken "good time", while effectively giving God and Christ their collective middle fingers.
Now, these words from the apostle Paul are in the authentic Holy Bible: "For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works." (1)
At this point, there is something important to note. Regarding the words above, from the apostle Paul, there is something important from the apostle Peter to consider. He writes the following:
"Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction." (1)
Looking again at the words of the apostle Paul, a couple of paragraphs above, there is something to note. There is something which may be hard to understand, for a number of people. The unlearned in the things of God and Christ, plus the unstable in God's ways, may wrest or twist Paul's words to mean something other than what the scriptures truly mean. Because of this, they are on that broad way which leads to eternal destruction in HELL and the everlasting lake of fire and torment.
Now, the apostle Paul writes that the grace of God hath appeared to all men, "teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts..." This does not mean that when people are doing lustful wickedness against the true way of God and Christ, that they are to lie and deny that we are doing ungodly things or that we are indulging in sinful worldly lusts. Paul's words mean that we are to deny to ourselves, or refrain from, ungodliness and worldly lusts. That is in line with what the authentic Holy Bible teaches.
When it comes to Mardi Gras, plus the same applies to Carnival, in one of the pages linked below, it appears that the Catholics believe that they are given to sin big during these celebrations, so they have plenty to then repent about. Well, regarding this type of thing, the authentic Holy Bible declares: "For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries." (1)
If we sin against the true way of God and Christ, and think we can repent of the sin later, we are deceiving ourselves. As the authentic Holy Bible shows, in the quote above, if we claim to be God's people with a knowledge of the truth, yet go out to earthly celebrations and indulge in sin, there is no more sacrifice for our sins. God is not mocked. The blood of Christ will not blot out wilful sin. For the wilful sinners, there shall be the judgment and the fiery indignation in HELL, and in the everlasting lake of fire and torment.
At this point, at least scan through the title of the pages and videos linked below. See what is happening in Catholic regions, during their Mardi Gras and Carnival celebrations. Yes, it appears that this hell-bound crowd is having a "jolly good time", while they are effectively giving the true God of heaven and his Christ their collective middle fingers. In the end, once again, there shall be HELL to pay...and an eternity in the everlasting lake of fire and torment. Well, they won't be having any fun there.
In the pages linked below, Catholics are defending the festivities of Mardi Gras and Carnival, even though much debauchery and wickedness against God and Christ is associated with these events. In the first linked page, the term "Catholic Christians" is used. It is good they differentiate from authentic Christians, because authentic, biblical Christians --- who are those which have crucified the lusts of the flesh and are actually following the true way of God and Christ --- would not join in these pagan, un-biblical types of events.
Now, Mardi Gras or its traditions are not authorized anywhere within the authentic Holy Bible. It is because this Catholic-based celebration has nothing to do with the true way of God and Christ. But, it appears that Catholics will be Catholics. They will just do whatever they want, no matter what the authentic Holy Bible says. That seems to be just the way they are. And, that is possibly why the true Lord Jesus Christ declared that only few find the true way which leads to that life, that everlasting life, with God and Christ.
Note that Catholics speak of Mardi Gras is a time of enjoying "rich food and festivities before the penitential season of Lent takes hold". In the true way of God and Christ for authentic Christians, there is no penitential season. When it comes to any sins which genuine Christians have done, they are to be penitent for their sins, plus repent of them, no matter what time of year it is. Now, the first page states that Carnival means "farewell to meat." They are not supposed to eat meat during this time. Well, that's a doctrine of devils.
Again, Catholics will be Catholics. It seems they will do whatever they want, and then will try to "justify" what they are doing, no matter if it "flies in the face" of what the authentic Holy Bible shows, or no matter if it "flies in the face" of that which the Lord Jesus Christ has clearly proclaimed. And, they have quite a way of "spinning things", when they "justify" themselves. Yes, there is reason to suspect that they shall have an incredible amount of things to answer to God for, before he "sends them on their final journey".
The last page linked above speaks about "A Playful Day for the Church". It also calls Carnival, Mardi Gras, and Shrove Tuesday "The Last Blast". This, also, is something which is totally against the principals shown in the authentic Holy Bible. It appears that Catholics are following in the footsteps of the rebellious children of Israel when they started worshiping the molten calf, rather than worshiping the true God of heaven. They sat down to eat and to drink, and then they rose up to play.
Within the authentic Holy Bible is written the following words:
"Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, that ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness." (1)
At the beginning of the quote above, which again, comes from the authentic Holy Bible, it mentions the day of Christ being at hand. This is actually speaking about the day when Christ returns to this earth, in power and great glory. And, about this particular day which is rapidly approaching, as he walked upon this earth, the genuine Lord Jesus Christ ---who is the Son of man --- clearly proclaimed:
"Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: and then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory." (1)
So, why shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, when they see that the Son of man --- who is the Lord Jesus Christ --- is now returning to this earth? Why won't they be all happy to see him? The people will not be happy to see Christ coming, because they know that "playtime" is now over. And, they have not been obedient to God and Christ. The people of the tribes of the earth have effectively been giving their collective middle fingers to God and Christ...as they have been having their pleasure in unrighteousness.
The masses of humanity will not be happy, when they see the return of Christ with their own eyes. They will mourn, because they know that the judgement shall now occur. And, they shall mourn, because they have effectively "thumbed their noses" at the true way of God and Christ, and it shall be clear to them that they now have HELL to pay, and an eternity in the everlasting lake of fire and torment, without any chance of reprieve...there to be forever separated from God and Christ...which is part of the second death (1)(2)(3)(4).
At this point, let us return to the issue of the man of sin, who is the son of perdition. Now, for an interesting piece of information. The term "man of sin" is found only one time in the complete, authentic Holy Bible. That one time is shown in the quote from the authentic Holy Bible, which is found at the beginning of this section. And, this one particular person is both the "man of sin" and "the son of perdition". Now, when it comes to the term "the son of perdition", there is more to know.
The term "the son of perdition" is used only one other time in the complete, authentic Holy Bible. The Lord Jesus Christ used that term in his prayer to God the Father in heaven, which is shown in the book of John, Chapter 17. In verse 12 of his recorded prayer, Christ declared: "While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled."
Now, who --- of Christ's apostles --- was the one who was lost? Who is this "son of perdition" which Christ is speaking about? Yes, this "son of perdition" who Christ is speaking about is none other than Judas Iscariot. Judas is the one who betrayed Christ (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7). And then, after Judas saw that Christ was condemned to death, Judas tried to repent of his sin, but there was no repentence found for him. At that point, Judas went out and hanged himself. There was no more hope for him, so he committed suicide.
Within the authentic Holy Bible is found these words from the Lord Jesus Christ: "The Son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! Good were it for that man if he had never been born." (1) Yes, it would have been better for Judas if he had never been born. But now, since he had betrayed Christ, there was no hope for him. At his death, he went to HELL, to then spend his eternity in the everlasting lake of fire and torment...while knowing he had betrayed Christ.
Now, let us look at a couple of verses from the authentic Holy Bible, which are from within the large quote from the Holy Bible which is shown at the beginning of the preceding section. Again, it is written: "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God." (1)
By that which is stated within the quote above, that man of sin, who is the son of perdition, should be readily discernable and identifiable. Now, it should be obvious in our day that there has been a horrendous falling away from the true way of God and Christ. This falling away of the general populous from the true way of God and Christ has been happening, already, for a number of decades. This falling away happens first, and then that man of sin, who is the son of perdition, shall be revealed. So, may he be revealed.
The man of sin, the son of perdition, opposeth and exalteth himself above the God of heaven. He opposeth and exalteth himself above the genuine Holy Spirit, which is the Father in heaven. Instead of worshiping the only true God, which is the Father in heaven, the son of perdition is worshipping a different god...plus, he has deceived many people into worshiping that false god. Actually, this man of sin, the son of perdition, worships Satan. Yes, he is a Satan worshipper, and causes many "Christians" to be Satan worshippers.
This very sly and deceptive man of sin --- this blasphemous son of perdition --- actually worships a form of the Triad from the ancient pagan religions. What is worse, he and his cronies have billions of people around the world also worshipping the Triad from the ancient pagan religions. And, these Triad worshippers are commonly, but erroneously, calling themselves "Christians". Well, they shall be in for quite a horrid surprise in the final day of judgement. And then, there's HELL and the everlasting lake of fire and torment to pay.

The man of sin, this son of perdition --- who, himself and with his cronies, are slyly leading numerous people from all over the world to their eternal perdition --- sits in his fancy temple and is actually shewing himself that he is God. So, is something like this really happening in our day, and has it been happening for multiple hundreds of years, with various "guys" sitting in the "man of sin" position? Yes it has! And, it has been happening in plain sight, plus virtually "right under our noses", for a very long time.
People have not recognized the man of sin, that son of perdition, because most people do not diligently read and study the authentic Holy Bible for themselves, while in prayer to God, the Father in heaven, who is the Holy Spirit, to reveal to them what the words in the Holy Bible are really talking about. Many or most people simply follow the crowd. They are on that broad road, which the Lord Jesus Christ said leads to destruction. A large share of humanity is leaving their eternal destiny up to the man of sin.
Yes, the man of sin, that son of perdition, is sitting in his temple and showing himself to the people, plus has them believing that he is God. So, in what way is the man of sin allowing himself to be called God. And, in what way does he have his numerous followers, plus many other people around the world, calling him God. Well, this guy is called "Holy Father" by virtually all his cronies and his duped followers. Now, some may say that this is not calling him God, but let us see what the Holy Bible shows.
The term "Holy Father" is used only one time in the complete, authentic Holy Bible. The term "Holy Father" is only found in the book of John, within Chapter 17. This particular Chapter contains a very important prayer made by the Lord Jesus Christ. And, because most people do not seriously read and study the complete, authentic Holy Bible for themselves, they miss the real truth about things which are happening in plain sight. Now, in John, Chapter 17, and in verse 11, there is something to look at very closely.
In verse 11, in his prayer, the Lord Jesus Christ declared: "And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are." (1) There is only one LEGITIMATE Holy Father, and that is God, who sits on the throne in heaven. But, the hell-bound man of sin, along with his just as hell-bound cronies, basically "thumb their collective noses" at God, while they blasphemously called the man of sin "Holy Father".
Now, to better identify the man of sin, just look at all the brazen sin which is commonly facilitated within his spiritually-fallen, hell-bound organization. Look at all the abuse and child-rape which his priests and nuns commonly seem to be doing (1)(2)(3)(4). Look at the demonic, mass-murdering Crusades which the one who has occupied "the man of sin" position has authorized. Look at all the torture, maiming and murder, which occurred under the Satan-inspired Inquisition. Are people still blind to who the man of sin really is?
The genuine Lord Jesus Christ clearly proclaimed: "But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ." (1) Well, in this also, it appears that Catholics will just be Catholics, and do whatever they want...no matter what the Lord Jesus Christ has commanded. That is why they are not authentic Christians...or true followers of Christ.
Not only does it strongly appear that Catholics effectively and collectively give their middle-fingers to God and Christ, when they call their likely hell-bound pope-guy "Holy Father", but it appears that they effectively give the Lord Jesus Christ their collective middle-fingers when they go around calling all their various priests "Fathers". They even go around calling their many hell-bound child-raping priests "Fathers". Again, what can you say? Catholics will be rebellious Catholics, even if it means ending up in HELL.
It is time to consider who the "Babylon" in Revelation 17 and 18 actually refers to. Now, pages linked below note that in certain old Jewish writings, Rome is referred to as being Babylon. It is called Babylon because Rome destroyed the second temple of God and Jerusalem, while ancient Babylon destroyed the first temple of God and Jerusalem. The temple of God and Jerusalem were important things in the life of the Jews, so, it makes sense that Rome is labeled Babylon for being the second to destroy the temple and Jerusalem.
When it comes to Rome and the time period when the Revelation was given, the page titled Bible prophecy: Who Is "Babylon"? contains these words: "The Jewish apocalyptic writings of the time also use Babylon as a symbolic name for Rome. The Sibylline Oracles say that a star “will burn the deep sea and Babylon itself and the land of Italy, because of which many holy faithful Hebrews and a true people perished” (5.159-161). It calls Babylon the 'city of the Latin land, unclean in all things' (5.168)."
Yes, that "city of the Latin land, unclean in all things." What a fitting description for Rome, now with its included Vatican and its bastardized Christian/Pagan religion. What a fitting description for that city which now contains the powerful papal organization, which facilitates all that widespread child-rape, sexual abuse and sexual perversion, paganized worship practices, plus those who perpetrate human trafficking and other crimes against humanity...as documented in pages linked further below.
Within the page below titled The Sibylline Oracles, it mentions Nero and his crimes. It then states: "When he flees from Rome, he is said 'to leave Babylon,' this name being often given to Rome in the Sibylline Oracles..." Then, within the page titled 'When Rome Became Babylon', it speaks of Babylon being "the seat of Satan." Then, when the Babylonian Empire fell, the High Priest of the Mystery Religion fled "to Pergamos in Asia Minor, where it was in John's day". At that time, the "seat of Satan" was set up at Pergamos (1).
The page "When Rome Became Babylon" then shows the history of the Headship of the Babylonian Priesthood and the title of "Supreme Pontiff" being given to the Roman Caesars. With this move, Rome effectively became the new "Babylon" and the seat of Satan. Then, the title of "Supreme Pontiff" or Pontifex Maximus --- or, the Pope --- was given to the bastardized Roman Church...which church is a horrid mixture of "Christian" things and pagan practices...which drown people in perdition.
Because the bastardized papal organization deceptively calls itself "Christian", while it is not following in the true way of Christ and is not being true to the genuine God of heaven and his Christ, it is called "the great whore" in the Revelation. And, because the bastardized papal organization is very powerful and is spreading the modified, ancient Babylonian Mystery Religion all over the world, in the Revelation, it is also called "Babylon the great"...which is a horribly spiritually-fallen organization.
Yes, the bastardized, spiritually-fallen papal organization and its "church" have fallen far away from the true way of God and Christ. They have "become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird", as declared in the Revelation. Being the habitation of devils, foul spirits and every unclean and hateful bird should be obvious, especially when considering all the wicked things facilitated by this un-Godly organization...which are seen in the pages linked further below.
In the last book of the authentic Holy Bible --- in the book of Revelation, in Chapter 17 --- it speaks about "the great whore", using the following words:
"And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: with whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: and upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth."
Now, there are some things to note about "the great whore". This "whore" is supported by a scarlet colored beast. Looking into prophetic language which is found within the authentic Holy Bible, a powerful kingdom or world government may be represented as being a "beast". And, in Chapter 17 of Revelation, as quoted above, it is a scarlet colored beast or world government upon which "the great whore" rides. Some might say that "she" rides upon a communistic type (1)(2)(3)(4) of world government.
The communistic-type (1)(2)(3) of world government which "the great whore" and its agents seem to have been pushing for quite some time is often called the New World Order. The New World Order (NWO) is spoken about within pages linked below. It appears that the Jesuit Catholics and those in the secret societies which they control seem to have been the main drivers behind installing a communistic-type New World Order or One World Government.
And once again, because it cannot be stressed enough, the genuine Lord Jesus Christ --- that true Son of God --- clearly proclaimed: "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." Now, a page linked here indicates that there are roughly 1.4 billion Catholics in this world...and more seem to be getting "sucked into" that organization all the time. So, Catholics may feel they are okay, since there are so many of them. They may feel that there is safety in numbers. They may feel that this many people surely cannot be wrong. Besides, thay have that pope-guy, who many may feel has a direct "hotline" to God. Well, what do Christ's words, quoted above, mean for those 1.4 billion misled Catholics?
Within the authentic Holy Bible is found the following words:
"Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, that ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

And, once again --- because it cannot be stressed enough --- the following words of the genuine Lord Jesus Christ are recorded in the authentic Holy Bible:
"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." (1)
There is reason to suspect that in the final day of judgement, many in the Catholic organization shall come before Christ and declare that they have done many wonderful works in Christ's name. They will point to their many hospitals, child-care facilities and shelters, where they have helped many people. They will note the Food Drives they've done, and the food they've given to the poor. Yes, there will be many of their good works which they shall bring to Christ's attention. But then, the unexpected shall happen to them.
They now believe that they are Christians, or Christ's disciples. But, in that day, Christ shall declare to them: "I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." Why shall this happen to them? It is because they are not doing the TRUE will of God, who is the Father in heaven. They are doing their own works, rather than truly being led by the authentic Holy Spirit. They are also supporting the child-raping organization. So, it appears that they shall all head off to an eternity in the everlasting lake of fire and torment.
The information accessed by the links below provides a realistic picture of the deception and wickedness of the spiritually-fallen "religious" organization, which in the prophecy of the book of Revelation in the Holy Bible, is called "Babylon the Great". The current "Babylon the Great" crowd has spread the pagan religion of the Babylonians around the world to a much greater degree than the ancient Babylonians ever did. And, they are not done yet. What God does to the Vatican and surrounding Rome --- in that incredible process which he uses when he utterly destroys them --- shall be a warning to the rest of the world. What happens to the Vatican and Rome shall be what happens to the whole wicked world, in the rapidly approaching "end of the world" event. In the end of the world event, the asteroids [the "stars"] shall slam into the earth in a mighty barrage, and every mountain and island shall be moved out of their places, as shown in the book of Revelation.
