Now, before you jump to conclusions and pre-judge this presentation and what you think it may be saying, after reading only a few lines or sections, there is something which needs to be said. Read through this whole presentation. It is possibly not what you think it is, from a quick scan. You might be surprised by what you find contained herein.
IT'S BEEN GETTING HOT
Wow! It seems to have been slowly getting hotter and hotter, especially during the summer months in more recent years! What is going on here? Why is this happening? What is the cause of all of this increased heating? Well, there is a certain segment of the population which is blaming it on human-caused climate change. And then, there are many who balk at, plus utterly reject that claimed cause.
In this presentation, the writer will consider heat waves and "heat domes," plus the record temperatures which are being created. The jet stream and its normal, more stable pattern will be considered, plus some of those more radical patterns which appear are now being created in the jet stream, which radical patterns seem to be causing some very crazy and extreme weather to occur, especially in more recent times.
So, about this time, those who are truly awake and thinking should possibly be asking themselves what is the true cause of these radical patterns which are now being created in the jet stream. Is this just Nature "doing its thing," or is something else truly involved here? Could there actually be a human component involved here and if there is, of what nature is this human component and in what manner does it operate?
Now, let's get on with the program and dive into this presentation. Let us begin by looking at heat waves and just some of the problems which they create. And, while you are reading this presentation, let us hope that your electrical power remains stable in your present place of abode, so you can enjoy the comforts of your human-controlled, more comfortable environment, which can help you to concentrate more fully on the subject matter at hand.
Every time there is a serious heat wave, it seems that the power grid can become highly stressed, or things can become more than simply stressed, which can actually cause some serious problems or even outages in the affected area. It appears that this type of thing has commonly been happening in more recent years, as can be seen in the pages linked below.
Now, it is not so unusual to hear about rolling blackouts in places like California. But now, because of the high temperatures, there have even been blackouts and rolling blackouts in Washington state. This is seen in the pages linked below. And, this is only what has happened in June. We haven't seen August yet!
Well, it seems that there is commonly something more to a heat waves than simply some higher temperature air. It appears that there is commonly a "heat dome" associated with these heat waves. So, at this point, let us now begin to explore "heat domes" and then those record temperatures which can be associated with them.
The pages linked by the cluster of buttons below speak about heat domes, heat waves, drought and wildfires. Now, when it comes to fires or wildfires, some of them have been caused by power lines which are carrying heavy electrical loads. These heavy electrical loads often occur because of all those extra fans and increased air conditioning which are being used to keep people or equipment cool.
When power lines are carrying a heavier load, and especially on a hot day when the sun is already beating down on these lines and helping to increase their heating, these lines get hotter and hotter, which heating increases their length. This increase in length causes the power lines to sag downwards (1)(2). Sometimes, these lines can heat and stretch and sag far enough that they may contact vegetation, which can even start a raging and deadly wildfire (1)(2).
Sometimes, there may be strong thunderstorms which are associated with the heat dome and that miserable heat wave (1)(2). Sometimes there is not much rain associated with these thunderstorms, therefore the lightning can more readily start those devastating wildfires. But, there is still more to look at in this wildfire story. Unfortunately, there can be more to what causes these devastating or deadly wildfires than just power lines and lightning.
In 2020, there were all those many wildfires which were burning up the western United States. From just the mere introductory information found in the following linked pages: (1)(2)(3)(4)(5), it is clear that arson was involved in a number of these fires. In these wildfires, important woodlands and many structures, including numerous homes (1)(2)(3), were destroyed. But there is more to consider in this story.
A number of innocent people (1)(2)(3)(4), including children (1)(2)(3)(4), also lost their lives as a result of these wildfires, some of which were caused by arson. What was motivating the arsonists is up for speculation. Unfortunately, it appears that the root cause, or what was actually behind or instigating the arsonist, which may potentially even have included something like a link to a certain group of people or to some type of an organization, is often well hidden from view.
And now, in 2021, with the heat dome that was above this region, the wildfires have once again come upon us. They are roaring and consuming and causing harm to humans and animals. And once again, unfortunately, it appears that some of those deranged arsonists are at work, doing their dirty deeds. These things are indicated in the introductory 2021 pages linked below.
Looking at things further, the pages linked below look at just some of the problems created by smoke and heat from these big wildfires. Well, as most people know, the average person does not like to breath a whole lot of nasty smoke. As most people should know, breathing this smoke from wildfires or smoke from basically any fire, really is not good for a person. So, check out the pages linked below and see what they have to say.
In the section above, heat domes are mentioned. So, what actually is a heat dome? Where is it located and how do these heat domes form? In this section, we will look at the common story about how heat domes, with their associated heat waves, are formed. Later in this presentation will be examined another avenue by which it appears that some serious heat domes may have been, and are being created. Some may say, "It appears that some modern sorcery is going on!"
Now, back to the subject of this section. The pages linked in this section explain fairly well what a heat dome is, so that the layman can get a reasonable understanding about these atmospheric features. The page linked below states: "A heat dome occurs when the atmosphere traps hot ocean air like a lid or cap." The caption under the illustration states: "High-pressure circulation in the atmosphere acts like a dome or cap, trapping heat at the surface and favoring the formation of a heat wave."
The page below begins with these words: "When the right conditions align, a weather phenomenon called a 'heat dome' envelops the country, resulting in sizzling temperatures that last for days." When it comes to some of the factors which allow for the formation of a heat dome, the page states speaks about a northerly position of the jet stream, a building atmospheric ridge to the south of the jet stream, and then "a lot of sinking air." The, the page states: "Sinking air is compressed and therefore it warms, and that adds an excessive amount of heat in the dome."
The 2019 page linked below speaks of heat domes as being "large, stagnant zones of high pressure." The page notes that heat domes may may work to "produce record-breaking high temperatures, and they also can fuel violent thunderstorms, stoke dangerous wildfires, and exacerbate drought." Looking further at heat domes, the page states that "They form several miles high in the atmosphere and their air sinks down toward the ground, heating up due to compression. Sometimes they produce a dry heat, but when they are located near water, they can circulate oppressive humidity as well."
Looking further into the page, it speaks of those "blocking patterns in the atmosphere" which are often associated with heat domes. The page states that these blocking patterns "halt the west-to-east movement of weather, and their stifling conditions can last for days." Then, the page goes on to note that there are generally three different types of this blocking patterns which have been observed in the United States and Europe. It states that these blocks "often provide three to five days of relentless heat until the pattern weakens or is pushed out."
The page linked below contains a 3:44 minute long video which talks about the historic, Pacific Northwest heat dome of June 2021. The video notes that temperature predictions for the days of the heat wave are based on computer models, but in real life, the temperatures could possibly be lower than predicted. Nonetheless, there will still be a lot of potentially miserable or dangerous heat in the region. Looking at things further, this page makes it clear that "a heat dome is really just a dome of high pressure, the same effect that causes a polar vortex in the winter."
The 2019 page linked below basically says it like it is. If you are trapped in miserable heat in your region, generally speaking, you are dealing with a heat dome which has been created higher up in the atmosphere. The page states that the term 'heat dome' "is used to describe a 'lid' that forms when high pressure hovers in the atmosphere, stopping the hot air from escaping and trapping it at the Earth's surface."
Now, there usually is more happening when a heat dome forms. To complicate the situation, the jet stream is commonly kinked northward, as shown in the following linked images: (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7). The kinked jet stream basically acts like a curved "wall" which helps to trap the pocket of heat in place.
When it comes to the heat dome, the page below goes on to state: "It's like putting a dome or a lid on a frying pan: the sun comes in and bakes those temperatures at the ground and the air rises," or should we say, it tries to rise, but is trapped or blocked from freely rising by the heat dome. The page illustration continues: "But the lid, it suppresses or compresses the air, and it sinks to the ground and it warms up even more, and just absolutely creates furnace-like conditions."
Now, a heat dome is not a normal, average type of high-pressure system in the atmosphere. The page linked below states that the term "heat dome" is "used to describe [an] unusually strong high pressure" system. This page also speaks about the downward moving, compressed and heated air under the heat dome. Then, when it comes to the heat dome and heat wave hanging around for a while, the page gives quite a graphic illustration, which now follows.
The page states: "If there's nothing to push the dawdling dome away, it will just hang like a nasty bathroom odor." What commonly prevents the dome and heat wave from moving away is often that northward kink in the jet stream which is seen in those images which are linked a few paragraphs above. This kink, which allows for the heat pocket, basically prevents the typical east-west or west-east movement of air, which movement could help to alleviate the heat wave.
The 2020 page linked below speaks about a heat dome which occurred in the southwestern United States. The heat wave associated with that heat dome was "very long-lived, lasting multiple weeks in some areas." So, with this basic introduction to heat domes, let us next look at what these atmospheric features can do to local or regional temperatures.
The pages linked by the cluster of buttons below speak about the heat dome event of June 2021, which has occurred in the Pacific Northwest part of the United States and also in part of western Canada. Yes, it appears that this heat dome has allowed things to get rather toasty. It appears that a number of heat records have already been broken.
These heat domes in the middle of the year can really work to crank the temperatures up in a given region. So, check out the pages linked below and see just some of what has been happening in the latter days of June 2021. One page calls it a massive 'heat bubble.' There is talk in the pages about an inflating heat dome and record-breaking temperatures.
Looking back a bit in recent history, it can be seen in the pages linked below that "heat domes" have been causing high temperatures and heat waves at various places around the world in the last decade. Possibly we should be asking what is the actual cause of these heat domes. With so much of this "heat dome" activity happening in recent years, what is going on here?
The pages linked below basically put the blame for the severe heat waves on human-caused climate change. Well, from the writer's research, it appears that there may actually be much more to this "human-caused" story than is commonly told or realized. This issue shall be investigated further, later in this presentation.
Possibly, after examining the information found later in this presentation, there may be a number of people who may readjustment their view on the apparent nature and working of the human component behind some of this serious climate change, especially when it comes to things like those heat domes and heat waves which seem to be happening more often.
From the writer's research on climate change, it appears that the jet stream, especially some changes which seem to be happening with it, may be involved in this climate change, at least to one degree or another. So, with this said, it is time to look more closely at the jet stream.
Before we get into strange or more radical, or potentially abnormal or even questionable things which seem to be happening to the jet stream, which can cause rather radical or extreme weather changes or conditions, we should first learn about the more stable jet stream which generally allows for a more normal weather pattern for a given region.
The page linked below does a reasonable job of presenting the basics about the important jet streams, which seem to have so much control over the weather on this Earth. These jet streams are like higher elevation, high-speed "rivers" for strong winds. Looking at jet streams further, the page linked below states: " Jet streams follow the boundaries between hot and cold air."
The jet streams act somewhat like a barrier between the hot and cold regions of air. That is why they seem to have so much control over the weather, plus even the climate, which various areas on this Earth experience. As the polar jet stream moves south, the cold weather moves south with it. In areas where the jet stream moves north, the hot weather moves northward with it.
The page linked below does an excellent job in its presentation, so that the layman can better understand about the jet stream and what it is and what it does, plus some of the more complex and interesting things which can happen within the jet stream itself.
Near the bottom of the presentation, it states: "Although the height of the jet stream is typically 20,000 feet or more, its influences on weather patterns can be substantial. High wind speeds can drive and direct storms, creating devastating droughts and floods."
So, the bottom line about the jet streams is generally something like this: The characteristics and location of the jet streams has a great effect on the weather which will be experienced at any given location, at any given time. And now, let us begin to look at what the jet stream does when a certain region experiences a heat wave.
The page linked below presents one explanation for the intense heat wave which has hit the Western United States in June of 2021. Of course, to keep with the politically accepted line, the page has to make sure to blame climate change for a lot of the heat wave problem. But, to its credit, the page states: "This hot spell, with temperatures one might expect in July or August, is driven by an amplified pattern in the jet stream..."
The page goes on to speak about the jet stream being involved with causing the heat wave in the Western states. It notes that the jet stream is "like a barrier" which "separates cooler northern air from warmer southern air. When the jet stream curves upward over a region like the Western U.S., it allows warmer air to come up with it. In this case, a "dome" of hot, dry air has pushed up over the West."
Looking at things further, the page linked below declares: "The extreme temperatures are linked to variations in the jet stream, a phenomenon that's also influencing heat and drought in the Western U.S." So, once again, it is variations in the jet stream which are helping to cause heat and drought in both Eastern Europe and Siberia, plus in the Western United States.
Moving right along, the page also states: "The frequency of this kind of extremely hot summers is increasing because of the influence of humans in the planet's climate." Well, this matter about human influence on the climate, which then allows for these heat waves, will be addressed later in this presentation. It appears there may be much more to this story than people commonly realize. And yes, it does appear that humans truly are involved in it -- at least a certain group of humans.
When it comes to heat waves, the page below declares: "As a rule, heat waves are related to unusual jet stream patterns, and the Siberian heat wave is no different. A persistent northward swing of the jet stream has placed the area under what meteorologists call a 'ridge.' When the jet stream swings northward like this, it allows warmer air into the region, raising the surface temperature." So, again, it is the jet stream swinging or bulging toward the north which can allow for or cause a heat wave in the Arctic region.
The page accessed below speaks about a number of places in the Western United States where temperature records are being broken. The page goes on to state: "AccuWeather meteorologists expect these mid-summerlike conditions to persist as the jet stream bulges northward and keeps the hot air flowing into the region." So, again, it is the jet stream bulging northward in this region which is allowing for or causing the hot air to pool-up and produce the heat wave.
The page linked below explains things further, when it comes to extreme weather. As its title basically indicates, "Big waves in the jet stream mean extreme weather will occur on this Earth." In speaking about the waves in the jet stream, the page states: "When the waves get very large, they move more slowly. That means the weather they create also move more slowly, which leads to very extreme weather that hangs around oppressively for weeks."
Now, depending on where you are located in the summer months, in relation to the north-south movement or waves or bulges in the jet stream, you can experience hot dry weather, or you can experience severe thunder storms and rain, as happened to those spoken about in the page linked below. The page states that the wide temperature and weather swings "are caused by adjustments in the upper level jet stream."
To finish out this section, the images accessed via the following links --- (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(8)(9)(10)(11) --- show how the cold (lows) and the warm (highs) can move north and south, when there is a wavy jet stream. An image linked here shows the general area where violent weather systems can occur, when the jet stream has large waves in it.
An image linked here gives a general indication of where "Longer wet, cold, windy weather" may persist, and where there may be "Long periods of warm dry weather," in relation to certain wavy characteristics of the jet stream and where the jet stream is located. And, whether it's cold or hot, to a degree, may dependent somewhat on what month of the year it is. The temperature is not purely a "jet stream" thing. There are variables involved.
Pages accessed via the following links --- (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(8) --- give further information about what happens when there is a wavy jet stream, even when it comes to food production. Now, with this basic introduction to the jet streams which has been given in this section, it is now time to begin considering what is happening with the weather and the jet stream in our day, plus potentially why it appears that things may be happening this way.
At this point, possibly we should seriously be asking ourselves if these heat waves are actually being caused by human influenced or created by the climate change which they are causing. Well, the pages linked below are pretty adamant that the heat waves are caused by humans and the global warming which they have caused.
Moving right along, there are those additional pages which are linked below. They are claiming that human-influenced climate change will cause more of the extreme heat waves in the United State, plus elsewhere, in the times ahead. Well, from the writer's research, they have come to the conclusion that any climate change we are dealing with in our world may very likely be caused by human influence, but in a different way than people are commonly being told by the "experts."
Now, when it comes to the many human-caused climate change and global warming claims of the so-called experts, there is another area of the overall picture which should be looked at. The pages linked by the cluster of buttons below talk about "marine heatwaves," where they claim that the oceans are getting "fevers." It appears that "blobs" of heated ocean water are associated with these ocean "fevers."
From the writer's years of research, they have come to the conclusion that the waters of the oceans can be heated in a number of different ways. Sometimes, it appears that this ocean heating can be caused by a number of things working together, which ultimately results in the production of those heat blobs in the oceans.
And now, it is time to begin exploring just some of those ways in which it appears that at least a certain group of people may be involved in the heating of various sections of the oceans, plus in climate change and the creation of heat domes and heat waves. Yes, possibly there may be a bit of modern-day sorcery going on here, using modern high-tech equipment, possibly financed by what could potentially be the deceived and enslaved taxpayers of the United States.
Now, it is time to look at radio frequency heating and what frequency and above is used for heating materials, which possibly could include water or maybe even seawater. The page linked below states: "Radio-frequency heating, process of heating materials through the application of radio waves of high frequency -- i.e., above 70,000 hertz (cycles per second)."
So, it appears that frequencies above about 0.07 Megahertz have potentially been used for certain types of radio frequency heating of at least certain materials in certain situations. Now, keep that 0.07 Megahertz value in mind, because it will be compared to another frequency value which will be given next in this presentation.
Now it is time to begin looking at just one of the "big boys toys," which "toy" it appears can readily effect a large segment of the environment or potentially the environment of virtually this whole Earth. This "toy" which is commonly called the HAARP facility, for what it is worth and so that you may be more fully informed, is said at least by some (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6) to be under the control of those associated with, or those who have links to, the New World Order crowd.
As we move forward in this presentation, the page linked below provides more detailed information about the HAARP facility which is located in Alaska. When it comes to the power and operating frequencies of the HAARP facility, the page states: "The HAARP project directs a 3.6 MW signal, in the 2.8–10 MHz region of the HF (high-frequency) band, into the ionosphere. The signal may be pulsed or continuous. Effects of the transmission and any recovery period can be examined using associated instrumentation, including VHF and UHF radars, HF receivers, and optical cameras."
At this point, there are some comments which should be made about one of the statements in the quote above. The incredibly powerful radio beam from the HAARP facility, which is blasted into the ionosphere, can be either a pulsed beam of a given or variable frequency of radio energy, or it can be a continuous beam of powerful radio energy at a given or variable frequency, which frequency or range of frequencies are selected by the operator.
Whether the powerful radio beam is pulsed or operated in the continuous mode can actually make a very big difference when it comes to what is happening within the target region in the ionosphere. Furthermore, different pulse rates of the powerful radio beam can potentially produce drastically different effects in the target region. But, there appears to be more to consider in this story.
This extremely powerful radio beam which can be pulsed at potentially any given rate, while at the same time the basic beam is set to transmit at a certain frequency or within a sweeping frequency range, should potentially be able to really stir things up or shred things in the ionosphere. To at least this writer, it appears that the potential exists for this powerful weapon to be used to "really rattle things" and burn or rip hopefully only temporary or controlled holes through at least the ionosphere, if not through other layers of the atmosphere, also.
If holes are, hopefully only temporarily, being created through the atmosphere using the HAARP facility, it appears that potentially, extremely powerful cosmic radiation could come flooding to the Earth through this hole which is created in the atmosphere. With the extreme power associated with cosmic rays, there is a reason to suspect that if these incredibly powerful rays were able to flood into the ocean through one of these hopefully only temporary holes in the atmosphere, because of the energy associated with these rays, it could noticeably heat a certain area of the ocean. Now, there is something which really needs to be said.
Judging by just the factual information available, there is reason to suspect that this HAARP facility is really one very crazy, potentially extremely nasty and possibly highly destructive and dangerous weapon, especially in the wrong hands. Furthermore, judging by the available information, there is reason to suspect that the HAARP facility may potentially be under the control of something which may be bordering on a group of "mad scientists" and their bosses, who may not necessarily give a crap about what happens to the rest of us, or what happens to the rather hospitable world which we currently live in.
Now, let us look at what another source has to say about the HAARP facility. The page linked below declares that the HAARP transmitter "can transmit between 2.7 MHz and 10 MHz at a maximum effected radiated power (ERP) of 5.1 Gigawatts." The page also states: "HAARP almost never directly transmits signals in the VLF/ELF frequency range. The signals are generated in the ionosphere at an altitude of around 100 km, and "bounce back" to RF." And, as we shall see in a bit, the energy of that powerful, highly manipulated radio beam does not necessarily remain in the ionosphere.
The page below states further: "HAARP uses a wide variety of waveforms during its operation. One is a sweeping CW wave that linearly increases or decreases. Another waveform are constant CW tones that increment up/down at select frequencies from the center carrier. There are still other waveforms including fast carrier pulsing, slow carrier pulses, ionosonde-like sweeps, OTH radar-like waveforms, unmodulated carriers, and combinations of these together selectivity at a time. In addition, HAARP can also operate as a pseudo-radar, transmitting very short pulses or long pulses."
And, in the case also of these different waveforms which can be beamed into the ionosphere, each one may have a different effect on the target region. Furthermore, the different waveforms transmitted may have a different effect on the target area for the beam which is reflected back to the Earth. Once again, it appears that the HAARP facility can be used as one very nasty and potentially damaging and destructive weapon, especially in the wrong hands.
Now, there is something else which needs to be mentioned. Between the pages linked by the two large buttons within the paragraphs above, at just a quick glance by a layman, it may appear that there is a very major discrepancy in the stated power output in the radio beam from the HAARP facility. The first page (1) speaks about "a 3.6 MW signal," while the second page (1) speaks about "a maximum effected radiated power (ERP) of 5.1 Gigawatts." Well, it is time for a bit of an explanation, and that is where the page linked by the button below comes in.
The page below states: "HAARP's radiated power, the amount of actual RF power it can emit, is 3.6 MW. However, because HAARP's antenna focuses the radiated power on a small portion of the ionosphere, the power density on that spot is much larger than would result if HAARP's antenna were non-directional so that its RF power were directed uniformly in all directions."
The page goes on to state: "A fictional 'effective radiated power' can be calculated, which is the power that would have to be sent through a non-directional antenna to provide HAARP's power density to the entire sky. This value is about 5.8 GW. The value is much larger than HAARP's actual RF power, as only 0.06 percent of the sky is illuminated by HAARP's antenna. But the effective radiated power appears in many conspiracy theories simply as a scary large number."
Well, a person may say that the difference between the power density and ultimate outcome at the "target" when using a regular omni-directional antenna (1), versus the directed-energy antenna used by the HAARP facility, may be somewhat like putting a certain amount of power through a normal lightbulb, versus putting that same amount of power through a highly directional laser.
Looking at what is said above, the lightbulb may simply light things up a bit so the room is not dark, while, on the other hand, the highly focused laser may burn holes through things. Anyway, what is stated in the page below should help to clear up any apparent discrepancies which appear to exist between the energy values given in the two pages linked a few paragraphs above.
Well, let's take a look at that issue just a bit further, about the total radiated power of 3.6 MW from the HAARP transmitters and the effective radiated power of 5.1 Gigawatts which is sent out of the anntenna array, toward the ionosphere. The book linked below, on PDF page 109 of 167 states that "there is a difference between 'total radiated power' and 'effective radiated power.' That difference is antenna gain, which in HAARP's case is a factor of nearly 1000 (at 10 MHz)."
Now, the HAARP facility does not just send a staggering amount of manipulated radio frequency energy into the ionosphere. This is a fully steerable, high-energy radio beam which can be aimed virtually in any direction and focused at virtually any particular target area in the sky. Now, there is more to consider in this story than just the things noted so far.
Within the page linked below, it shows that the HAARP facility can readily bounce its high-energy and high-frequency radio beam "off the ionosphere and then back down to the sea, hundreds of kilometers over the horizon." Again, there is possibly more to this story. If the operators of the facility so desire, the ocean potentially could be blasted with this high-energy radio beam at a point just barely off the coast of Alaska or actually, virtually anywhere in the Pacific Ocean off of the West Coast of North America.
And again, before we leave this section, there is that question about the HAARP facility being capable of creating controlled "windows" in the upper atmosphere, plus possibly even in the ozone layer, through which cosmic rays and/or other space radiation can penetrate all the way down to the surface of the Earth, or into the ocean.
There is reason to suspect that cosmic rays or other space radiation penetrating into a landmass on this Earth or into the ocean, could potentially create an area which was possibly considerably heated. In the ocean, this may appear as being one of those severe marine heat waves or ocean "fevers." So, yes, possibly those severe ocean heat waves may be human-caused, after all.
Looking at things a bit further, this heated area of ocean could possibly also have a major effect on the weather or on climate change, at least judging by what is said in the following linked pages, especially when looked at from the proper perspective of what it appears is really going on: (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(8)(9)(10)(11)(12). And now, with these things in mind, let us look at the history of these ionospheric heaters, of which HAARP has been the most powerful one on Earth.
The book linked below, on PDF page 37 of 167, begins to speak about various ionospheric heaters. A pioneering heater was build by a professor at Penn State university. It appears that two transmitters were involved in this early experimentation. It appears that Norway was also experimenting with these types of heaters. The page goes on to state: "The first large ionospheric heater in the United States was built at Platteville, Colorado, in the 1960's (1)(2). In 1983 the transmitter and antenna array were moved from Colorado to a site 40 km east of Fairbanks, Alaska."
Now, there is something important to understand about these ionospheric heaters. On PDF page 40 of 167 in the linked book, it speaks about plans to use these heaters to change the climate. Once again, so hopefully no one misses it, there were plans to use the ionospheric heaters to change, or possibly to control, the climate. So, is the climate change that they have been speaking about more often and more strongly in recent times actually geoengineering and manipulation of the atmosphere and ultimately the climate, possibly, at least partly, by the use of ionospheric heaters?
Looking at these potentially dangerous or damaging ionospheric heaters, is there any indication that they may ultimately be under the control of certain, possibly questionable segments which are operating within the government and military, plus within various other agencies of at least the United States? And, could questionable segments also be in control of ionospheric heaters in other countries?
Well, possibly we should be asking ourselves, and possibly others also, the key questions which are noted above. Possibly we should further be asking who the questionable segments, if they truly exist, may actually be working for. These are things which this presentation, at some point, may be looking at in more detail. There actually may be quite a story here.
There is something to note in the page linked below. The page states: "Thanks to its frequency agility, the HAARP antenna can heat the ionosphere at specific altitudes where the transmission frequency simultaneously matches two resonances." So, it is very clear that the operators of the HAARP facility can choose the specific altitude in the upper atmosphere which they desire to heat or manipulate, or potentially even modify.
When it comes to the desires of those in control of the military and the government, the 2010 page linked below notes that "weather modification (and weaponization) has been consistently discussed and researched by the military and the Elite to a level that indicates there is something worth pursuing." And, there is a chance that this may be where the HAARP facility could fit into their grand (or possibly not so grand) scheme of things.
Now, the linked page speaks of HAARP actually being a military facility. Even now, it may simply be a military facility which is hiding behind the cloak of simply being a research facility operated by the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. The page states that, at least in 2010, the HAARP facility was "part of the Strategic Defense Initiative, which answers to the Department of Defense, and makes it a component of 'Star Wars' inviting NASA into the mix."
The page below is from 1994, at the time when they were building the HAARP facility. The page speaks about an internal HAARP document which stated: "'From a DOD [Department of Defense] point of view, the most exciting and challenging' part of the experiment is 'its potential to control ionospheric processes' for military objectives." The page speaks about some of the planned uses for the facility, including using its powerful radio beam "to burn 'holes' in the ionosphere and 'create an artificial lens' in the sky that could focus large bursts of electromagnetic energy 'to higher altitudes...than is presently possible.' The minimum area to be heated would be 31 miles in diameter."
The page speaks about the physicist Dr. Bernard J. Eastlund, who it appears had patents upon which the HAARP technology was based, at least to a degree. Bernard Eastlund indicated that his invention "could steer the jet stream." That would tend to indicate that the HAARP facility, which is based somewhat on Eastlund's patents, likely may have the capability of steering the jet stream and affecting the weather and climate.
At this point, there is something else which needs to be noted about the Dr. Eastlund technology in relation to the HAARP facility. The book linked here, on PDF page 98 of 167, declares: "Military spokesmen deny that they are using any of the Eastlund ideas; however, careful review of the materials lead to the inescapable conclusion that the military is misleading the public again." On PDF page 108 of 167, the book declares: "The military has deliberately misled the public, through sophisticated word games, deceit and outright disinformation."
Well, that horrible habit of misleading the public seems to be the history of those in control of the military, and has happened over and over again throughout quite a number of decades. This misleading the public seemed to begin in earnest around the World War Two era. During that time, it appears that a certain rather questionable group of people basically took control of the military. This is spoken about at various points within a large page which is linked here.
Getting back to Eastlund, he also stated in his 1987 patent that with this technology, "Large regions of the upper atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpected high altitude." That lifting of things in the upper atmosphere would have an effect on the atmospheric layers below. Possibly this technology could therefore be partly used for creating those infamous heat domes and the associated heat waves. And, from what else is said on the page, it appears that weather control was a part of this Eastlund technology.
Let us now look a bit further at what the HAARP facility can potentially do. On PDF page 2 of 167, in the book linked by the large button below, it indicates that HAARP has the capability to "Change weather patterns over large areas." It can "Unnaturally impact the Earth's upper atmosphere."
On PDF page 10 of 167, the book notes that "The HAARP system is designed to manipulate the ionosphere, a layer which begins about thirty miles above the earth. The transmitter or HAARP device on the ground is a phased array antenna system -- a large field of antennas designed to work together in focusing radio-frequency energy for manipulating the ionosphere."
On PDF page 26 of 167, it indicates that with the use of HAARP technology, "large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude..." In other words, it appears that the HAARP system can potentially be used to create a "bubble" or a "dome" type of phenomenon to exist in a certain, manipulated region of the atmosphere, over a selected area of land or water.
Looking further at HAARP technology, on PDF page 26 of 167, the book indicates that by the use of it, "Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device." Well, an atmospheric plume which acts as a lense or focusing device would be something like a "bubble" or "dome-shaped" area where the atmosphere is manipulated and altered.
On PDF page 30 of 167, the book speaks further about what the HAARP system can do. It states: "The heating effect of the focused beam [from the HAARP system] would then dramatically push a plume -- a large section of the ionosphere -- up and outward from Earth." On this page, it also speaks of heating and lifting part of the upper atmosphere.
In other words, from what is stated above, it appears that the HAARP system can be used to create a "dome" in the upper atmosphere. Possibly this raised "dome" could then be ultimately used to help trap heat and create a "heat dome," which "heat dome" can then be used to create unusually high temperatures in a given region of the Earth. Yes, you could possibly say, manufactured global warming in a given region --- which would be something like changing the weather or climate using modern sorcery coupled to modern technology.
Regarding the patents which appear to be associated with the HAARP system, on PDF page 31 of 167, it appears that this technology can be used "to reroute the high-altitude jet stream, which is a major player in shaping global weather." And, if the HAARP system is able to reroute the high-altitute jet stream, potentially this rerouting could ultimately lead to the creation of heat domes. The page also speaks about building "plumes of atmospheric particles to act as a lens or focusing device" for even sunlight, which may allow its heat to be focused more strongly on a certain area of the Earth.
There is more to note in the book linked above. On PDF page 48 of 167, when it comes to HAARP and the zapping of the upper atmosphere, it indicates that the "high energy experiments pose a danger to the upper atmosphere and could cause irreversible damage in a short time. Effects could spread around the globe." Now, could one of the effects which spreads around the globe be associated with climate change or global warming? In such a case, then yes, global warming is human caused! Yes, human caused by the modern sorcerers!
Since the military has a connection to the HAARP project, there is another interesting piece of information found on PDF page 49 of 167, in the book linked above. It speaks "about a strange how to lie manual." The page goes on to state the following:
"The U.S. Air Force's credibility is further undermined by the fact that the Department of Defense explicitly authorizes the dissemination of misleading information in order to protect classified programs. In a supplement to the National Industrial Security Program manual, released in draft form in March, 1992, the DoD told contractors how to draft cover stories that 'must be believable and cannot reveal any information regarding the true nature of the contract'."
The page noted above goes on to state: "Once we know that the DoD practices this type of deception, it becomes harder to discern what's for real and what is not." So, from what is said, it appears to be rather obvious that the general public really cannot trust or believe virtually anything which those of the Department of Defense or the military proclaim, or possibly even those things which are declared on the official HAARP site about that particular facility and the true motives behind what is actually being done there.
What is stated above, about the honesty involved with what is often claimed by various agencies, especially becomes more obvious once it is understood who it appears is actually in control of the Department of Defense and the U.S military, plus a number of other agencies.
Research indicates that there are those in controlling positions within the U.S. military and various other agencies which are effectively foreign agents which are not necessarily working in the best interests of the authentic citizens of the United States. This type of thing is indicated in the following linked page-sections: (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(8)(9)(10)(11)(12)(13)(14)(15)(16)(17)(18)(19)(20)(21)(22)(23)(24), which page-sections are part of a large page which is linked here.
Now, when it comes to HAARP, let us examine some of what is commonly said for public consumption. The page linked below states: "The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) was initiated as an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)." With the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and DARPA involved with this project, it clearly has mainly military applications, but, what type of applications we will never really know the fulness of it.
According to the linked page, "Work on the HAARP facility began in 1993." Then, the current, expanded working facility "was completed in 2007." It appears that DARPA was working with the site in the fall of 2013 and winter of 2014. Then, the page makes known that "In mid-August 2015 control of the facility and its equipment was turned over to the University of Alaska Fairbanks, which is making the facilities available for researchers on a pay-per-use basis." Well, that's a good cover!
The page linked below is from July 04, 2019. At that time, there was this giant heat dome over Alaska. So, a question may be in order at this point. Is there a change that this giant heat dome was possibly artificially created with the help of that world-class ionospheric heater known as HAARP, which facility it appears can change things in the atmosphere and alter the jet stream?
Now, it is time to look more closely at the ionosphere, which is that ionized part of the Earth's upper atmosphere which the people at the HAARP facility appear to commonly "play" with or manipulate, as they do their modern-day "sorcery." The ionosphere begins about 30 miles above the surface of the Earth and extends outward to an altitude of about 600 miles (1).
Regarding the stability of the ionosphere, the page linked by the button below contains the following words: "Something as small as an unusual wind pattern can trigger a geomagnetic storm in the ionosphere -- easily pushing it out of a resting state." In other words, it really does not take that much effort in order for the people at the HAARP facility to totally destabilize the ionosphere and create a serious geomagnetic storm in the upper atmosphere.
The page also states: "The ionosphere is a plasma." One scientist quoted in the page states: "The ionosphere can very easily be pushed out of its equilibrium resting state." Regarding the ionosphere and its state of stability, the same scientist stated: "It's much closer to the threshold of instability than the terrestrial atmosphere is." So, it appears that the people using the HAARP facility can readily "wreak havoc" and create some wild weather conditions in the upper atmosphere.
The linked page states that "storms are going on constantly in the ionosphere -- some launched by solar activity and some created by the small fluctuations in the prevailing conditions." Yes, once again, some of the storms in the ionosphere are "created by the small fluctuations in the prevailing conditions." And, from what is known about the HAARP facility, it is obvious that the people "playing" with it can readily create those "small fluctuations in the prevailing conditions," virtually at will.
Looking at things further, it is obvious that there is a general instability of the equilibrium resting state in the ionosphere. Because of this, there is reason to suspect that the HAARP facility, because of the incredible power which it transmits in a somewhat tighter or directional beam, is capable of creating some much larger fluctuations in the prevailing conditions in the ionosphere than merely those small fluctuations necessary to just "knock things out of kilter."
From what the evidence appears to indicate, there is reason to suspect that the people using the HAARP facility can readily cause some extremely intense, completely unnatural geomagnetic storms in the ionosphere. In other words, it appears that they are messing, at a very high degree, with the normal operation of this Earth. Some may possibly say, and maybe with good reason, "They are horribly abusing Mother Earth! They are just messing with Nature!"
Looking at something else, the page linked below states something which is worth considering. It declares: "Scientists are learning to influence droughts, rain and hurricanes, and turn them into weapons." The page goes on to speak about the HAARP facility, with these words: "The energy HAARP beams into the atmosphere heats up the ionosphere and pushes it out into space. This could indirectly affect the jet stream as the ionosphere is pushed into space, dragging the stratosphere below up and pulling the jet stream up as well, rerouting it by hundreds of miles."
The linked page states further: "Seven known Extremely Low Frequency wave transmitters are operated by the U.S., Russia and the European Union. If they work together, they could alter the world's weather by changing the jet stream's route. That in turn could cause storms or droughts, or even steer hurricanes." So, if these things are true which are said in the linked page, then yes, it appears that climate change or global warming is obviously human-caused. There is reason to suspect that it is caused by at least those who are "playing" with these ionospheric heaters.
Looking at things further, the evidence appears to indicate that climate-change or global-warming may possibly be largely influence by, or may even be caused by, those who could potentially be classed as criminal scientists and their highly questionable cohorts. It appears to be rather obvious that these people are blatantly tampering with the systems of our Earth, possibly with detrimental effects --- possibly even with the intent of subtly or sneakily creating harm to the peoples of this Earth.
Now, from looking at what is sometimes said (1)(2) by those who may have possibly researched things out a bit, there is now something else which possibly needs to be said. There is reason to suspect that these scientists and their cohorts who are tampering with the somewhat delicate systems of our Earth are not really working in the best interests of the authentic citizens of the United States. Rather, the evidence tends to indicate that they are actually working for the treacherous or manipulating or enslaving controllers of the New World Order crowd.
There is something else of interest to note in the page linked above, especially when it comes to things like "heat domes" and droughts. It speaks of high flying airplanes which release metal oxides into the air. Then it states: "When HAARP heats those metal oxides, the skies heat to over 100 degrees Fahrenheit, preventing the gathering of water vapour that would otherwise turn into clouds. No clouds mean no rain. " And, those high flying airplanes which release metal oxides into the air is possibly what those long-lasting "chemtrails" are all about, which we now commonly see in the sky.
Now, these long-lasting "chemtrails" in the sky, which slowly spread out and create a haze in the sky, were something which was not happening before the 1990s. At this point, there is something which needs to be said. The writer has watched high-flying jets since the 1950s, and in all cases, in virtually all types of weather conditions, the contrails always dissipated not that far behind the jet. But, it seems that in the 1990s, things began to change. Something different was being done with jet aircraft than simply burning jet fuel in their engines. Something totally different was being emitted from these jets into the atmosphere which, left those long-lasting "chemtrails."
From the information presented in the page linked above, there is reason to suspect that what is happening in the sky in our day, using jet aircraft, is potentially criminal geoengineering. The writer calls it criminal geoengineering, because it appears it is being used to further the criminal or potentially even treasonous climate change caper. It appears that this geoengineering is being used to deceive and manipulate the general populace of the United States, plus the citizens of other countries around the world, in order for a certain criminal or treasonous group of people to more readily gain world control, including control over the United States and its citizens.
If at least some of what is stated in the potentially questionable and sentence-truncated page linked below is true, it raises the question of the HAARP facility being used to manipulate the weather by manipulating the jet stream. The page indicates that the American physicist name Michio Kaku claimed that HAARP "is responsible for the recent spate of hurricanes." The page also speaks of an earlier "wall of ionosphere heater induced high pressure that completely blocks the flow of moisture into the western [United States]." Would a situation like that also include a heat dome?
The desire by some to "play God" and control the weather is not something which is new, but actually goes way back into the early 1900s, if not earlier. The page linked by the large button below, which speaks about a desire by the military to control the weather, is from 2005. That article was posted a couple of years before the current working HAARP facility was completed in 2007, but long after the first large ionospheric heater went into operation in the United States in Platteville, Colorado, in 1968 (1)(2), whose transmitters and other equipment were then moved to the HIPAS facility in Alaska in 1984, which was located about 25 miles east of Fairbanks (1).
Other information relating to the HIPAS facility and some of what went on there is accessed using the following links: (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(8)(9)(10)(11)(12)(13)(14)(15)(16)(17)(18)(19)(20). From what is noted within some of the preceding linked pages, it appears that deception and fraud was associated with at least one of those who was in control of what went on at the HIPAS facility. That could cause a person to question what else went on behind the scenes at this facility and what they were really doing there with that type of equipment, especially with that caliber of person involved in the control of what went on there and their record of honesty.
Now, the article linked by the button below states that "efforts to tame storms have so far been clouded by failure." But, on the other hand, there is reason to suspect that they have been much more successful at destabilizing things in the atmosphere using modern "sorcery," in order to create damaging storms, or even to create conditions which produce harmful heat waves and droughts. By manipulating and controlling the jet stream, there is reason to suspect that weather conditions which may be considered as being abnormal may simply be a result of this criminal type of tampering with the atmosphere or with the jet stream.
Looking into these matters further, the page linked below declares: "By manipulating the jet stream (pushing or pulling it off course) HAARP can modify the weather. HAARP can alter the path of an existing high pressure weather system (clear skies) or low pressure weather system (storm clouds) anywhere on Earth just by heating the ionsphere over the target region." And, once again, by heating and raising a section of the ionosphere, it appears that the jet stream is manipulated and moved.
The linked page goes on to state: "In a lecture on April 27, 1997 at the University of Georgia former Secretary of Defense, William Cohen spoke on weapons of mass destruction. At that lecture Cohen asserted that 'electromagnetic waves can be used to stimulate geophysical events such as earthquakes, climate change, volcanic eruptions and the like'. Secretary of Defense Cohen also stated that this is being used in an ecotype of terrorism."
The page also declares: "The April/May 2000 issue of Scientific American contains an article on the effects of altering the course of the jet stream. This slight change to the jet stream path occurred right above the HAARP facility. That little movement created a storm front 4,000 miles away in east Texas and Louisiana to move into central Florida where it triggered a couple of tornadoes. That Scientific American article gave evidence that weather modification is certainly possible with only a slight change to the jet stream."
Let us consider just some of what it appears could be accomplished by manipulating and moving the jet stream using something like the HAARP facility. The page linked below should make it rather clear that by the manipulation and alteration of the jet stream, some highly questionable people could cause a serious heat wave, which heat wave could ultimately result in some major wildfires with potential destruction of property and even loss of life.
The page linked below, once again backs up what other sources have been stating, that, "The weather at the Earth's surface is often governed by high winds in the atmosphere, known as jet streams." Possibly instead of the word "often," in the preceding quote, the word "largely" should be used. Now, the page notes that since 2000 --- or after the time when the HAARP facility went into operation and they began tampering with the ionosphere and the jet stream --- "the Arctic has been warming about twice as fast as the rest of the globe." And, it appears that this warming is melting the ice in the Arctic.
There is now something to note. In the page linked below, they are blaming the warming of our Earth and the melting of the Arctic ice, on the use of fossil fuels. It appears that in order to be "politically correct" and speak the party line of those pushing the enslaving New World Order agenda, they are blaming things on the use of fossil fuels, rather than on the intentional and blatant tampering with the ionosphere, plus the manipulation and moving of the jet stream, which actually has a very great affect on weather and the changing climate.
The information in the page linked below, when looked at from the proper perspective, shows what can generally be the result of human tampering with and the altering of the jet stream. Now, from the information provided in this current presentation, it appears that the tampering with and altering of the jet stream can be accomplished with things like the HAARP facility in Alaska, plus with those other human-controlled ionospheric heaters which are scattered around the world.
The page linked below indicates that a wavier change in the jet stream, which then creates a northward blocking pattern, or when a section of the jet stream has radically looped far to the north, as shown in the following illustrations: (1)(2)(3)(4), it can produce "searing Arctic heat waves," which then results in melting ice. Furthermore, the hotter temperatures can allow for abnormal wildfires in these norther regions. And, these are just some of the problems which can readily be associated with tampering and altering of the jet stream.
In the first page linked below, the HAARP facility in Alaska is being classed as a weapon system which may cause global warming, which global warming, in turn, may negatively affect food crop production. The second linked page states that under the HAARP program, "the U.S. is creating new integral geophysical weapons that may influence the near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves"
The second linked page speaks further about the HAARP program and the various facilities which appear to have a connection to that program, using these words: "When these facilities are launched into space from Norway, Alsaka [sic] and Greenland, a closed contour will be created with a truly fantastic integral potential for influencing the near-Earth medium..."
At this point, there is something very interesting to note. Those in control of the HAARP facility in Alaska have claimed that this facility is only used for scientific research relating to the ionosphere. It appears that they completely deny it being any kind of weapon system. But, let's see what happens when "the shoe is on the other foot."
Well, those in control of information in the United States are claiming that China's ionosphere zapper is "a defense system masquerading as science." This is seen in the page linked below. So, at this point, should any logically thinking person really be fooled about the nature of the HAARP facility in Alaska? These ionospheric heaters all basically do a very similar thing.
The page linked below also speaks about the HAARP facility. It speaks about the American physicist named Dr. Bernard Eastlund "who finally registered a patent for an invention that could be used to change the weather..." The page also speaks of those "maniacs...in the Pentagon" who it appears intended "to build Bernard Eastlund's sky zapper under the guise of a nice research project deep in the Alaskan bush called HAARP."
Yes, once again, they go ahead and build a questionable facility "under the guise of a nice research project." That is the "cover" which seems to be used over and over again with questionable or potentially harmful projects.
Looking at things further, the linked page declares: "In January 1999, the European Union described HAARP as a project of global concern and passed a resolution calling for more information on its health and environmental risks. Despite those concerns, officials at HAARP insist the project is nothing more sinister than a radio science research facility."
To understand the deception which is possibly being done by officials at HAARP, a person really has to understand who it appears is actually in control of the U.S. military, the intelligence community, and certain portions of U.S. universities. Some of that is revealed in the links in a paragraph from earlier in this presentation, which paragraph is accessed using this link.
The various sources linked below all have virtually the same story. They present information which indicates that the HAARP facility in Alaska was fired up during the period of June 21 to June 25, 2021. This is during the period when it appears that the heat wave was forming which then slammed into the western United States and Canada in the latter part of June 2021.
Looking at the timing of things, possibly a question should be asked? Is there a chance that the HAARP facility was being used during this period of time in order to manipulate the jet stream, so "they" could create conditions which would readily produce the heat dome which would "lock in" that record-temperature heat wave in the western U.S. and Canada?
To view the actual Federal Aviation Administration NOTAM, for yourself, which speaks about the electromagetic radiation hazard in the region of the HAARP site in Alaska between June 21 and June 25 of 2021, just click on the button link below. Then, in the linked page, under the map on the right side of the page, pick on the "NOTAM Text" button.
Once the "NOTAM Text" button is picked, up pops a separate window which gives the specifics of the NOTAM, including the "ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION FR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH" warning for the area of the HAARP site. Now, there should be no questions about what this NOTAM is really all about. Is is about the HAARP facility being fired up during the given time period.
Furthermore, it should clearly be noted that any pilot wanting to transit through the airspace in this area would require an authorization from the HAARP Command Center. So, the NOTAM is clearly about the operation of the HAARP facility during the time specified, which "window of operation" is just prior to the record-breaking maximum of the heat wave on the U.S. West Coast and Canada. It should not take a "rocket scientist" to figure out what it appears is going on here.
Now, as just some further verification that the HAARP facility was fired up and in operation between June 21 and June 25 of 2021, just prior to the formation of the heat dome and the record-breaking heat wave in the Western United States, let us look a little deeper into the use of NOTAM's when HAARP is in operation.
Within the page linked here, when it comes to air traffic restriction when the HAARP facility is in operation, it clearly states: "There's also the question of air traffic. HAARP's radio beam would have serious effects on any passing plane's electronics. Whenever the facility is in operation, a Temporary Flight Restriction closes the surrounding area to aircraft. This happens only three or four times a year, but it can last up to ten days at a time."
So, there you have it, folks. There really is no question about the HAARP facility being fired up and in operation just prior to the record-breaking height of the heat wave. There truly is reason to suspect that they were tampering with and raising a section of the ionosphere, which in turn could be used to pull the jet stream northward and allow for the creation of the heat wave and the heat dome.
Now, there is more to consider in all of this. As the writer continued their research, they found an image, which is linked here, which is sourced from the U.S. National Weather Service. Being that the image is sourced from the U.S. National Weather Service, you might say that it is part of official documentation.
As the image linked in the paragraph above is examined, consider that the HAARP facility is used for tampering with or changing conditions in the upper atmosphere. Looking at the linked image, when it comes to creating a heat dome, the first step is to create a high-pressure system in the upper atmosphere. This high-pressure system compresses the air column below it, all the way to the surface of the Earth. The compressed air in the column "heats up under weight of system." Then, the "high pressure moves jet stream with drier, cooler air further north." At that point, hot air from further south can move northward, to then circulate beneath the heat dome.
So, how do they go about creating that high-pressure system in the upper atmosphere? Well, once again, possibly that patent by Bernard J. Eastlund (U.S. Patent US4686605A), which is linked here, can help to explain how this possibly may be accomplished. The selected region in the Earth's atmosphere "is excited by electron cyclotron resonance heating to thereby increase its charged particle density." Well, if the charged particle density is increased, would that work to increase the weight of that possibly rotating area created in the Earth's atmosphere? Would that heavier atmospheric mass then compress the air column beneath it, all the way to the surface of the Earth?
At this point, let us look a bit closer at that Bernard Eastlund. He was a Massachusetts Institute of Technology physicist. When it came to the HAARP-type technology, it appears that he was very excited about the possibilities of what could be done with it. According to Eastlund, "You can virtually lift part of the atmosphere."(1)(2)(3) Could that have something to do with the creation of heat domes? When it came to the possibilities of what HAARP-type technology could do to the atmosphere, Eastlund also declared: "You can make it move, do things to it."
In the book HAARP: The Ultimate Weapon of the Conspiracy, by Jerry E. Smith, on page 174, when it came to HAARP technology, Bernard Eastlund is quoted as saying: "You can virtually lift part of the upper atmosphere... You could construct plumes of atmospheric particles to act as a lens or focusing device for sunlight. By being able to intensify and control light, one could heat a specific part of the earth and learn to manipulate local wind patterns."(1)
Well, at least to the writer, this tampering with the atmosphere and the weather and climate seems a bit like modern-day sorcery, using high-tech equipment --- apparently all potentially financed by those who may be the deceived and enslaved taxpayers of the United States. How ingenious of those "mad scientists!" But now, it is time for some very important and key questions.
Why would these people possibly be doing these harmful things? Why are they messing with the atmosphere and the weather in a way which apparently causes a lot of problems, especially for the citizens of the United States, plus for other citizens of this world? Who does it appear that they are working for, when they are doing these potentially harmful and highly damaging things which are especially, negatively affecting the citizens of the United States?
